Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered a blizzard cake online for a birthday and got confirmation but when I went to pick it up they didn’t have record of it. I showed my confirmation and that meant nothing to them. They offered a cake from the case but I still had to pay full price.

Lady working drive thru was very rude and disrespectful I will never go to the dairy queen again

I don't recommend Dairy Queen. Not worth it
The banana split priced at $6 no at all!
The onion rings were dried out like a roof shingle.The fries were cold like they forgot to cook them. The chicken strips were like they used a rolling pin on generic low quality chicken nuggets.

The old lady that works there is so rude

We went to Free Cone Day. Waited in line for 30 minutes, and at 7:05 to be told that it ended at 7:00. Which apparently was only for this location or we were lied to. The website said all day, and multiple friends got free cones at other locations after 7.

Terrible service. Door Dashed a medium size blizzard and two dilly bars, a dilly bar for each of my little grandsons. They packed the heavy blizzard in a small bag with the dilly bars and when my ordered arrived, one of the dilly bars was crushed. I called the store they said it was not their fault it was the driver. I told them they should not have packed a heavy blizzard with two dilly bars. She argued with me and finally said I could come into the store to could get a new one. I told her the reason I spent money to door dash was because I was not able to drive at that time. She could care less. Just take responsibility when you mess up an order. The driver said he delivered it just the way he picked it up it up. I believe him because the bag did not look like it was in bad shape. It was te way the order was packaged.

Noticing others saying it too, but this location adds extra charges and refuses to do simple orders other locations honor. Avoid if possible. I work nearby but won't be back.

Martha and the shift lead are thieves.

Double check your reciepts. They add charges you didn't ask for. Don't pay for food you didn't order, they add items to your bill so you won't notice.

It says 1030pm closing time and came here at 10pm and they closed! Wasted my time.

Paid $72 for cold fries, and crappy chicken strips that were only half sauced. Will never go here again. Yikes.

Over 15 years going to this location. I can and have looked past the dilapidated building, and the almost always unclean dining room. The in-building service almost always guaranteeing an extra 10 mins.
Now just refusing utterly refusing to make an order that you have hundreds if not thousands of times in the past, that any other dq will still honor.
Pretty simple: Won't make a banana split blizzard? Don't get my families money. For anything.

Never fails here. Ordered a cheese curd large, got a small but they made sure to charge for a large size. Than got the pretzel sticks that come with queso and no queso was given. And waited over 20 minutes for one cheese curd and pretzel sticks with queso minus the queso. I’d avoid if possible.
