I've been coming to this place since I was a little kid.Basically usually average tonight.Whoever the kid is making the burgers made an outstanding burger... Take it from a guy that works a lot.And goes to a lot of burger places. This kid needs to be running some dairy .. some where everything was fresh everything was hot.. I don't usually do reviews, but they deserve it.

Every single time I come to this location ,I am shocked by the vast difference in locations , the staff treat me like a king . Whereas the location down the road ,treat me like an inconvience to their day . I don't know the staff by name very well ,but they sure know mine(STYKHEAD) ! My food is ALWAYS FRESH,Hot AND delicious every time I go in and a great value for my budget too ! . I think prices are pretty well standard for the items they serve. The lobby looks well kept ,compared to the other location down the road. I just can't get enough of your cheeburgers. Out of the three yrs I've been going there, & dillybars ( heathbar is my favorite .I only experienced 1 issue ,and that was the new lobby soda machine( it tasted of NEW metal ,but quickly faded with use. Other than that , this location will continue be be my go-to for delicious food and treats. Please continue to keep employees happy , as a happy employee makes going there anytime a treat , and the food consistent to corp/franc standards ! I just wish I could work there ,and help happy taste good ! Please keep up the good work ,and I will ALWAYS come back to good food 🍔,and happy staff🌻

Like every other fast food joint in the area, this location struggles to get you your whole order and is also extremely slow.

Tonight we placed an order on the Dairy Queen app and was told they had no record of our order. We were told to verify we were at the correct location, which we did on the app w the employee. We were able to provide an order id, proof of payment, correct address, and also name order was purchased under. While trying to locate a solution we were met with “I don’t knows” and left at the window multiple times as no one could determine the next move. After sitting there/left at the drive thru (seemed as if they were waiting for us to drive away), we were told sorry can’t do anything for you. Maybe call customer service. Was not able to provide a customer service number and was told I don’t know maybe Google can help. After reviewing Google reviews while in the parking lot, this seems to be a common issue. The manager Lacy was very dismissive and left her young employees to handle the situation, which again resulted in nothing. While entering the dining hall and politely asking for a district managers contact info (as it was obvious that the manager currently in charge was not capable of handling an issue that had occurred), I was told they don’t have any contact info for me and maybe Google will tell me once again. I again politely mentioned I found it odd that they do not have any type of contact details they are able to offer me to find some kind of solution outside of Google and I found it highly unprofessional. Mind you again, the manager would not step up and handle the situation. In my opinion , that would be a good time for the manager to become involved as her employees were struggling to provide adequate customer service. Even though I approach the staff calmly and in a professional manner, I was met with massive attitude as if it was not okay for me to ask the questions I was asking. The employee even got angry enough to storm off as if she needed a moment because she could not control her anger all because I asked if she could please provide me her name after being told that is none of my business and nothing I need to know. Again, left at the counter as if I was expected to leave while a handful of staff walked around as if I was not there. I gave it a couple of mins to see if the manager would resolve the issue and nothing. I politely asked a young man, I am just trying to feed my family not cause problems. Can you please provide me with your managers name. The young man walks over to the manager and she eventually made her way to the counter to inform me her name was Lacy. While walking back to our car, I was approached by a woman in the parking lot expressing she had just had her order messed up and consistently having issues w this location. Needless to say we are now out money and no dinner for our children. I find it quite sad that as a manager you rely on these young adults to handle these things on their own while offering no assistance. Lacy lacks problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills. Dairy Queen you have got to do better.. Especially on choosing who your leaders are. I’m quite baffled and will not be returning.

Cashier at the drive thru and in the lobby extremely rude. Did a DoorDash for this location? And they were missing items. And when brought to their attention, they were extremely rude about it. The cooks in the back. We're cussing so loud that we could hear It in the lobby. Would not recommend this location

Came in, last minute, to pick up an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. The young man who helped me was very friendly, and gave honest opinions when I asked. And also the oreo blizzard Ice cream cake is absolutely marvelous!

Ordered a blizzard cake online for a birthday and got confirmation but when I went to pick it up they didn’t have record of it. I showed my confirmation and that meant nothing to them. They offered a cake from the case but I still had to pay full price.
Lady working drive thru was very rude and disrespectful I will never go to the dairy queen again

I don't recommend Dairy Queen. Not worth it
The banana split priced at $6 no at all!
The onion rings were dried out like a roof shingle. The fries were cold like they forgot to cook them. The chicken strips were like they used a rolling pin on generic low quality chicken nuggets.
