Extremely slow, 55 minutes waiting for 2 burgers and 2 shakes, not including waiting for someone to take the order. Very gross and unclean environment

Good fresh food, quick wait time and just all around a nice location. Tables were a little dirty but not too bad. Inside of the building was freezing though.

I will not give this location anymore chances!
I always order chicken strip basket & it was getting increasing worse the last few times. Quality went down & prices went up. Today I tried one last time, older gentleman is nice on the driveway BUT the chicken strips have no chicken, they were cold, all batter & gristle. I paid extra $2 for cookie dough Blizzard. I get home & it is soft serve ice cream. NO COOKIE DOUGH, NO CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR FUDGE SAUCE. I drove back up there kindly explained & asked if I can just get my cookie dough Blizzard redone. She was polite, made it for me & I went back home. I swear to you there was two small specs of cookie dough in the entire blizzard and I'm not going back for a third time. I've spent more time then I'm willing it do every again for mediocre food! Also charge extra $.60 got gravy that used to come with strip basket.
All around disappointed and will not be back again!

The ice cream is pretty good, however service tends to be slow. My major issue though came during my last visit. The ice cream machine was broke, and instead of telling people, the manager had them leave everyone waiting in the drive-through for 30 minutes with no update. I didn't find out what was going on until I gave up and went inside.
I understand that can happen, however it is not appropriate to deceive your customers out of fear that you may lose the sale. It'll be awhile before I give them another chance.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been in. Not even the worst dairy queen ever, just worse in everything. First off, I was there to pick up an Uber order and was sitting in the lobby waiting after being told 3 times that they were going to make my pick-up order. I watched the older gentleman print the ticket and write down on their sign in sheet for my pick-up order. In the midst of my wait, I saw several other pick-up orders leaving before mine. I kept waiting and waiting for my order. I'm still waiting because I kept being told my order was going to be made... after more waiting, I was told that my order was picked up already and that the order was handed off. Nobody signed off on my pick-up order, but they insisted it was already made and picked up... This made me lose out on earned money as I sat there for no reason at all. I really just hope the customer did get their order, but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't.
During my wait, I witnessed 2 employees use the bathroom and come back to handle food without washing their hands when they returned. I don't understand how there can be 4 people working, and they are so disorganized and so slow that they can't even get orders out. Or get them out properly. The lobby was horrid to sit in and wait. Tables, everything was nasty. I wouldn't eat there, and I'm definitely not going to pick up from this location again. I wouldn't want to support feeding my customers nasty food handled by unwashed hands.

This one makes pretty good blizzards. I've only ever had one error and it was a new hire who was training. Staff is usually very friendly, the turnaround rate is a bit high so there's always new faces. Drive thru is short, can easily overflow into the road if more than 3 cars in line. Avoid the busy times.

I just love this place for you because it reminds me of like being a teenager. I worked in a place similar to this. It’s Dairy Queen. They do a good job of not messing up the orders. It’s the food you expect. It’s quality Dairy Queen food I’ve never had any problems with the food here. I’ve never had any problems with the staff. They’re usually younger kids and they’re really nice and friendly and they’re learning so you gotta be really nice to them. I just like this location plus I like being able to go in there and there’s always usually a bunch of kids from the middle school there and it just seems neighborhood oriented and nostalgic

One of the slowest DQ's in portland. Everytime without fail they are a 30+ minute wait for anything, even just a single blizzard. Tonight I went into the walk in portion. 6 people behind the counter working. 5 cars in the drive thru, 1 person inside and wouldn't even look in our direction to take an order. Lady was filling out paperwork for a solid 10 minutes right infront of us. Worst experience everytime unless you like getting your food cold after sitting half an hour.

Came in with my wife so she could pick up her OWN DQ MOBILE ORDER and was blatantly ignored for several minutes, rudely stared at by the employees who looked like they were high and shouldn't even be working and was rudely addressed once they acknowledged people were inside. My wife was then forced to sign her name on an UBER ORDER PICK UP FORM even though she was picking up a DQ MOBILE ORDER for herself. They wouldn't give us her food until she did. The whole atmosphere and situation really didn't settle well with us so we decided from here on out we'll make the extra few mins to go to another location who is nice to their customers. ?

It is a terrible place, there is a man who receives who does not provide his service in the best way, he does not care about the wait of the clients, more than half an hour to give you an ice cream, this place is detestable
