I had the saddest food ever here tonight. We were helped by Chris tonight, however ended up missing a several items in our order. I understand that working in food while being short staffed is frustrating, but I should get the products that I pay for. I highly recommend training for the whole staff including the store manager to ensure no further mess ups

I love the ice cream and food here but to be honest the wait gets annoying and defeats the purpose of fast food (edit) I went again service was much better and faster I guess it just depends on the time of day/people working

My experience at this dairy queen was the worst ever. Online it says they close at 12 but when we arrived there they didnt serve us and said they close 30 minutes early and told us to leave.

This place is terrible. We came here at 11:20 pm and they close at 12 am. We just wanted our ice cream and they refused us service and lied and said they are closing early because the ice cream machine wasn’t working. Then to get out of the restaurant, we went through the drive thru and saw the people working in the back and the ice cream machine was running perfectly.

No straws,carmel,root beer or Dr Pepper. Bad manager. No napkins in the bag. I should not have too ask for napkins. Food was cooked on point

Tried to go three times and extreme agitation as lobby is always closed they say due to short staff however how can that be every time. I have a suspicion they are just trying to keep costs down because there a lot of teens looking for jobs now. They tell you after you’re trapped in the drive thru line that it will most likely be a 20 min wait. Then I get up there and they say their chocolate ice cream machine will be ready in an hour. Sheesh…..never ever again will I attempt to get a quick sweet treat from this DQ

Always out of menu items. Out of cheese curds every other week. I waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru line today only to be told they didn’t have the one thing I went there for. Staff clearly isn’t paid enough because you can’t keep anyone hired for more than a few weeks; there’s constant training and new faces there which just means longer wait times. On top of this, you keep raising prices. It seems like every couple of months, you tack another 20 cents onto multiple items.

Came here because the DQ in cedar hills shut their chocolate ice cream machine down early. Got stuck in another of their drive thrus only to be told their machine has been broken for a while. It’s summer time and neither of the DQ’s have shown any effort to keep up with the demand.
