They are friendly & the food is always fresh, but they tend to focus too much on getting people out of the drive thru instead of servicing their order without making them park & wait.

No chocolate ice cream! Boo! I’ve been getting chocolate ice cream blizzards for 30+ years and not changing now. So I’ll drive the couple extra minutes to the other location until they get the essentials. It’s a shame because service is usually friendly and good.

Well it sad to say it was a very hot day today for off work and wanted some ice cream a blizzard and I walked up to this dairy Queen because it just up the street from me they say they close at 10pm but when I got there at 9:35 or 9:40pm the door was locked and a guy with glasses and short hair kept yelling it closed inside didn't come up to the door just stood by the resisters and yelled it closed inside not we are sorry we are closed inside just we are closed inside your sign says 10pm no where does it say lobby close at 9 or 9:30 so it is very frustrating to get there and to be talked to that way especially when we didn't bring a car to go through drive thru so we left and won't be back especially how rude he was it only take a minute to walk over and say I'm sorry we are close inside you can come through drive thru if you like but no instead he decides to yell like five times we are closed inside across the lobby. So if you want late time ice cream remember people go thru drive thru even through it says they open til 10. We will spend our money somewhere else from now on sad to see this location go down it used to be a nice place to bring your family for dinner or late night treats but not anymore

Lobby was clean, food was hot and fresh. Young man taking our order was very nice and went above and beyond to answer questions about food... we were concerned about allergies.
They still haven't hired that rock star staff who can take a mediocre chain and turn it into a neighborhood anchor. If, however, you're looking for a peanut buster parfait, this is the place.

went around 6 pm on a sunday, went through the drive through and had horrible service, whoever the dude was on the headset taking order was rude and not listening. ordered a number 5 and number 3, got told the number 5 didnt come with barbecue sauce on it when i ordred it and said no barbecue sauce, when we paid they said it was 55$ for 2 combos and 2 blizzards, we got the food and it was 3 combos which the number 5 CAME WITH BARBECUE SAUCE, we got charged for 3 combos and 3 blizzards, our sprites were soda water and tasted nasty. never coming back to this location, learn how to run a business 🤣

Went to this location and ordered 6 pieces of chicken strip basket combo with a med drink. The order came out with no drink so we walked back in and told them they forgot their our drink. Was told the drink was in the food bag so we checked and there were no drinks. We end up not getting our drinks because the cashier is a liar.
