I ordered a blizzard with cookie dough in it .they did not flip the blizzard and the blizzard was just soft serve with nothing in it I said something about it they did not care. Theres was no cookie dough in it .I asked for a refund it's their policy to give you back your money and free blizzard if this happens nothing was offered and the guy was just sitting there laughing about it at four dollars and 49 cents this is unacceptable we'll be contacting corporate if I would of fliped it it would of went every wear it was half milk

He said “yurr” after handing me the most bussin fries I’ve had all day. Additionally, he changed shirts 3 times— his flannel was by far the best suiting. My marshmallow shake was also cold so that’s a plus. 5 stars, would “yurr” again.Kid-friendliness: They seem friendly.

disgusting place. the workers are probably the worst people in food service i've ever come across in my life. management is obviously complete garbage, since it was dirty in there and no one even does their job. they're also extremely antisemitic, and I could hear them talking about my necklace with a star of david on it. i hope they go out of business.

DQ food good but order was wrong. I order 2 double cheeseburgers $7 got 2 single cheeseburgers. Didn't find out till I got home. Tried to call. Let phone ring till it automatically hung up. Called 7 tomes between 630-745. No one answered. Very bad for business. Very frustrating. People waiting on drive thru very friendly. Only reason for 3 starts is no one answered phone
They are always great about no charge extras, I always get extra Oreos in my blizzards, they are also very generous with the ranch, which some places charge for if you ask for more than one. Staff is always friendly and patient.

At one point I had to hide and he was screaming for my name. And at the end of the shift I started crying. He had a pattern of screaming and mistreating me. And when I told David to not put me on shift with Ta. He scheduled me with him. Then when I told him I wouldn't come, he guilt-tripped me saying he already talked to him and saying things like "Do you expect me to change the whole schedule for you?" My boundaries weren't respected AT ALL. He kept trying to schedule me with him even though Ta has done many things to add to a reputation of bad work ethic. Like threatening to leave and then not clocking out when doing so not even an hour into his shift. He also cooks the bacon in the oil. Selling it to Muslim and Jewish customers. David then cut my hours from 4-5 shifts a week to 1 shift a week. Telling me not to come into two out of three shifts, one being scheduled with Ta. David is also weird to minors. He constantly oversteps boundaries. He picked up my friend to drive her to work and in an awkward conversation, tried to coerce her into letting him buy her perfume. In a conversation on the morning shift with me, I brought up how she should be promoted since she's an amazing worker. But he won't because she's in high school, but he is okay with overworking her constantly, she is in high school and he makes her work 5 days a week. Whenever she asks for 3 days off, he gets upset at her. And is strangely excited when talking about her? Like passionately so? With another worker, he says things about her saying "She's like my daughter" and giving her the nickname of "Sweetie". THIS GIRL IS UNDERAGE. They have no blood relation at all. No family friend ties at all. According to another report from another friend, he keeps his hands on her shoulder for long periods of time. Minutes at a time. David is also extremely rude, lazy, and a cheapskate. On my last shift, one of the people I worked with was literally throwing up like crazy. Blood in her stool. When I called David to let him know she left, he picked up with an aggressive attitude, being mad that she didn't clock out when she HAD TO GO TO THE ER. He insinuated to me that because she could walk (barely) and didn't call an ambulance that meant she didn't actually need to go to the ER. This woman has gone through SO MUCH stuff medically, she doesn't have enough money for an ambulance either. He's a privileged boss who hasn't had a struggle for life and left the dental field to run a fast food restaurant. Shame on him. Later that shift he came in with a rude attitude. Changing up rules as he constantly does. Even when he trains you a certain way, he'll change it the next week! It's exhausting. He will be super rude to you every other shift because out of nowhere he will just randomly get sick of this way and move on to the next. He also doesn't properly train employees. He relies on other workers (most of the time workers who aren't experienced) And gets mad when you make any sort of mistake. He doesn't teach how to tell fake money, use the machines, sell gift cards, or even simple things like frozen hot chocolate! And is way too cheap even saying "two napkins per order" to another worker once. Always tells workers not to go to work right before shift. He also literally lies about break times. He tells minors to take a 10-minute break when they're legally required to take a 15. And on doubles, he tells everyone only an hour total when it's supposed to be more for minors! He has a lot of minors working illegal hours too. He's also irresponsible with checks. He's lost so many checks and given late ones out before. It is amazing they're in business. They just stand there and look at you finally one of them will help you and everything I asked for they would just say I think so... the guy running the place usually is yelling at the coworkers so rude I've never been anywhere like this it should be on Netflix. Its a disgrace. If you saw the people working there I bet you'd never order food from there again. I got a kids meal for my grandson and they gave me the wrong order twice plus the second time we waited for almost 15 minutes and when I asked for his ice cream they made a big sigh and rolled their eyes like we were the problem and stomped away. The worst service I was embarrassed for them I'm sure their parents would be ashamed of them. I would recommend cruisers across the street. They have good food and good customer service. CRUISERS!!!
