I literally sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes WAITING TO ORDER. And HOUR before the posted closing time and employee comes out and tells everyone behind me (starting from the back) that they're closing early.
Fi ally gets to me to tell me, and I'm like the next car to order we're closed, sorry.

Service is slow. Kids working there seem more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers at times. The dining room is barely passable on cleanliness. Fries and burgers are usually just warm enough to eat after five minutes. They even allowed a teenager wearing a midriff barring halter top and yoga pants on a hot day to fill out an an application on the counter while they were serving customers.
