Terrible experience. Ordered the biggest chicken strip basket they had and they tried to charge me .90 cents for a BBQ sauce.. like what!? And then to make matters worse i found a long black hair in my fris... I didn't even get 1 bbq in the bag either. I'll never come back to this hole in the wall. Cocky, disrespectful high school kids for employees.

Normally this place is great but today we sat at the counter and no one said a thing to us, not we will be with you in a minute , nothing I understand that the drive through gets busy but there should always be someone to help the walk in customers or at least greet them

Run down and scary. The person behind the counter had to ask several times what I ordered at the drive thru and still got it so wrong that it had to be thrown away when I got home. Outrageously terrible service and food. Total waste of my money. I will never go back to this place.

We went in and all the chairs were on the tables. We asked if they were open and they said, oh yeah. I got a fish sandwich which was very plain, with one leaf of lettuce and a little sauce, and a very bland soggy fish pattie. My friend got chicken strips that were cold and tasted stale. The gal working the counter would go between me and a customer at the drivethru, not completing her interaction with me. We asked for water, and it's 50 cents for the paper cup! No refills on the pop. It was a weird atmosphere, like it's on its last legs. Terrible food. Dairy Queen in Oregon City is bright and clean. Not this one.

Hi as a business owner, don’t like reviews that are negative with no reason but this one is a must. I went to order through drive-through and one of the employees young kid with purple hair and some piercings(is a she) gave a horrible, horrible customer service as I’m done, ordering and paying, my kid decides to add on one item to our order as I am requesting the add on this employee decides to roll her eyes with a smirk on her face, which makes me really upset because as a business owner, I would hate One of my employees to treat any customer like this and on top of That she’s respond with a SURE with the nastiness attitude and as I’m asking, what are the options for a blizzard she starts laughing and having so much attitude so I had to Cancel my add-on it’s so sad. I mean if you don’t like working at a fast food restaurant, finish your GD or go to college and get a career that will pay you more and you don’t have to deal with customer service adding an item to their order and I hope you see this. yes, you With the purple. 10/19/2024

When I pulled into this drive through I almost felt bad for how long I was taking to order, the lovely young lady on the other end of the phone named Cheyanne was very helpful with clarifying questions and was extremely patient with me while I took my order. She made my experience at this drive through a lot better, I’ve been to lots of other drive through a with terrible service but her patience made my night. Thank you Cheyanne!
