One of the best tasting Rice vermicelli plates I have had in years! Reasonably priced, and full of flavor. The only problem was that I was having some serious FOMO looking at the combination noodle dish the table over was enjoying.

The most delicious bowl of dry hu tieu I've ever had. The side soup was incredibly flavorful as well.

Their Hu Tieu noodle and meat portions got noticeablely smaller. They use to serve it in a white bowl and now they use a much smaller clear bowl. They still charge you the same $18 bucks for it. Probably would not return and won't be recommending this place to family or friends anymore...

The food is Phenomenal (Taste the LOVE & Care put into this food! ) The Service is exactly what you should expect at a restaurant like this and I think better service than most in Portland in 2025. The atmosphere is also what I expect for now.
The Price is unbeatable for what you get. This place is going to be #1 for it's category of food. Danh's will only be going up in the world with the High quality and consistency of this amazing food. Thank you Danh's for the Life's work and Love put into the food I truly appreciate the experience and will be there at least once every time I'm in Portland. Any Chef in Portland would be proud to serve this food.
P.S. Anyone that puts less than 5 stars for the food is not worthy of reading their review.

I came with two other people one person had only tried Vietnamese food before with my dad and I. It seemed most people did TO-GO.

Orders when translated to English on the menu above it was called beef stew.

Here’s the receipt names COM GA XOI MO
Hu tieu Bo kho and Com Suon Bi Cha.

It was very flavorful and my soup was huge so I took some to go. It was great cuts of beef. My dad at all his and loved it. Really great amazing food!! My allergies are wheat gluten dairy and soy they are very accommodating.

Fresh, delicious and very reasonable price.
Atmosphere and seating can be very tight, especially for big group of more than 4.
However, to go and catering is the smart choice here.

Went in to try it. People were very friendly. Food took about 15 minutes to make. Combination broken rice was outstanding. They even added a fried egg for free.
