Was expecting Chinese and got mixed American food that can be microwaved from a box or made quickly at home. The fries were bland, the chicken burger fell apart and was unseasoned. But, you get what you buy right? Very low prices for a meal that will fill you up, but it won’t taste great.Service was fine, just the waitress doing her job, nothing more or less. The environment was confusing. I could tell it used to be a Chinese restaurant but now it’s a small town bar and eatery with unappealing decor, busted up bathrooms, and lottery machines in the dining area.

I have frequented here with my friends often for their phenomenal Chinese. They are always accommodating and the staff are excellent! Anytime I'm passing through Linnton I have to eat at The Decoy. Love love love!

Absolutely love this place!! My boyfriend and I come in at least once a week, sometimes even more. Their weekly specials are the best in town, cannot go wrong with the thursday pizza special! We've been coming for quite some time and have to say the new owners have done a great job with their transition :)

There have been a lot of rumors and unfortunate comments that have gone around about the new owners and the state of the Decoy, and it makes me said that such a wonderful community could treat people the way they have.I've been a customer of the Decoy long enough to remember when Peter and Jane bought it, and when they did people freaked out in the exact same way; "It's going to be different", "They're going to change it", "What are we going to do?", and it turns out everyone loved Peter and Jan and the changes they brought. And, look at us know - we're all upset that they've retired.Jeff and Chelsea are the new owners of the Decoy and have been doing what they can to make it, and keep it, the place that we all love. There are going to be changes and bumps along the way, and that's inevitable, but instead of trash talking them and/or the Decoy, why don't we put the rumor mill to bed, and instead provide constructive comments while patronizing their establishment, and empower them to be the fabulous owners I think think they can be. We are all a part of an amazing community who genuinely care for and respect one another, so let's give Jeff and Chelsea a chance to succeed.

0 stars*Just left here. Paid to watch my cousin eat because they didn't feel like making the Philly I ordered? Also, falsely advertising Chinese food that they don't even have anymore.Service ignored our pleas for service the entire time. Had to all but beg to even pay my bill.Cool jukebox and gingerbeer though.

The staff and manager seemed to very nice. The food was decent. The nachos could have had other toppings like green onions, beans, cilantro, pico de Gallo, and more jalapenos . I did wish I knew you couldn't get the Chinese food before 1pm. There should also be a sign saying to seat yourself. The bloody Mary was really good.

First time trying their Chinese fare. Was that fresh crab meat in them thar crab puffs?! Beat we’ve ever had. General Tsoa had big meaty pieces and good sauce. Need more heat! Rice was good. And the fresh broccoli was a nice touch. Will be back to try more Chinese and pizza.

Dropped in after a hike in Forest Park. My first visit, but it won’t be my last. Kimmie, the bartender/waitress/server, was exceptionally good at her job and extremely friendly. I had the chicken salad which was not only huge but very tasty. I’m planning on bringing back a big group of hikers this Spring…today I was scouting for the restaurant…found it!

Well, I'm not a big fan of a "red neck" bars or restaurants. I did not have much food, I had a special, that were Tacos, and they were ok, but overpriced. The place seems clean and and stuff is friendly. I understand locals like it for some reason....

Last time I'll go there. Been a 30yr customer but new ownership policy for mandatory %18 tipping on all items including to go orders is ridiculous. I don't thin tacking on an additional $7 is justified. I'll go to the Lighthouse next door,

A staple of the Linnton community for decades. I have work out on Sauvie Island occasionally and look forward to it as I’m lucky enough to get to stop by. Great food. Very reasonably priced beverages. Awesome bartenders.
