Today I ordered lunch through their website, order goes through and I get an email saying food will be ready at 11:54. When I went to the restaurant it was closed even though they are supposed to be open at 11:30. There’s a sign on the door saying open at 12, okay no problem, I wait. And wait. And no one shows up. By ten past 12 my lunch break is basically over and I have no food. Around 12:30 they called me asking if I picked up, I said no, they offer to refund me and they give me some excuse about changing hours or something. My issue is this: if you are a business and you have posted hours, you had better stick to those posted hours. And if you are changing said hours, you should update it on google, PROMPTLY. Getting my money back was the bare minimum because now all I have is a used up lunch period and an empty stomach, no vouchers or coupons, nothing. I hope their food is good, but I’m not coming back here for them to waste my time on a second occasion.

I really recommend the Delish Koraku Salmon Bento, the sauce is really delicious I loved
When dining in, food is served in to-go containers making it inconvenient to eat. I would have rather ate at home with plates. Also no bathroom. Food and service were good, though very slow to get food. There weren't very many to go orders and only one pair before us and it took 30 minutes to get four items.

As it was said in many comments, really delicious food, but very poor service.I have placed my order for 7pm and got confirmation email. In the end I came by 5 minutes late and waited for 20 minutes (!!!) longer outside, with not the best weather (snow storm). It’s very frustrating as they had my phone number and email and could simply notify me, some respect for other people’s time would be appreciated.. I live 3 minutes away so they could have also said that they need 20 minutes longer, I could have gone home and came back.

This place is slamming! The food and service are excellent. Having had the opportunity to eat these delicious foods from NYC, FL and other major cities in the US this place is on the top 10 of my list. I'm only here for a week and already need a 2nd round of Delish sushi. Thanks for being the best ?

1/5/23 Ordered food and paid for order online only to find out that restaurant is closed after walking to pick up the order. No notice online, allowed me to order and pay just fine! Funny way of doing business!Update 1/10/24 - I was contacted by owners with sincere apologies and money were refunded. I feel that they deserve 4 stars for the way they resolved the problem. Good work!

The place is small and cozy, i wouldn't go with a big group of more than 4 people. Got the pnw seafood combo tray, salmon poke cup, and a roll that i can't remember the name of.. everything tastes fresh and delicious! Poke was great and perfectly seasoned, small but worth the $8 price point. One of my only complaints was the pnw seafood combo took a bit to come out, 40 ish mins, understandably so, everything is baked. Came with mussels, a baked roll, and lobster. The lobster was a bit tough and dry- otherwise everything tasted great. There was also a sign to bus your own table, but nowhere to put it, we ended up just giving our plates to the person at the cash register which was directly behind our table (so i felt like it was pointless? Very small space) Friendly staff and good food.
First time visiting this location, and it was as tasty and generous as the other location off of Powell. I always get the poke cup and I am never disappointed with it! The few times I have had other sushi it was fantastic as well, but the poke cup is the perfect lunch.This location is decorated with nice plants, and has a great environment. The owner’s dog hangs around and is super cute! (Both of his dogs are featured on the hand drawn store sign!) The nice environment makes the wait for the sushi very pleasant, and it has never taken more than 10 minutes for me to get my order.If you enjoy poke, sushi, boba or bento this is a spot you MUST check out!
The name is accurate description, this place is delicious! I haven’t been to Portland in nearly two decades and found myself sorting through and endless list of restaurants. So glad that I chose this place, the atmosphere was calm, and the food was amazing. The wait was mild considering the amount of online orders being prepared and it only took about 20 minutes from ordering to having my food and drink. Will definitely come back when I get a chance.

Huge disappointment. It took an hour for the first dish to come out--and it was the wrong order. The rest of the food filtered to the table over the next 40 min. Meanwhile they took and filled multiple take-out orders. My hot dish, when it finally came, was stone cold. They couldn't have cared less.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. By the time we got our food (over an hour) our grandson had melted down.
