The atmosphere here is great, quaint and very simplistic. The employees were friendly, but there was a serious lack of attentiveness. We were seated and waited just a few minutes for the waitress to bring water and take our order. Unfortunately, the very second she took our order we were undoubtedly forgotten. 25 minutes to get just drinks, then another 10 for bread. An additional 15 min for our appetizers, the meatballs were cold with some kinda warm sauce, followed by a side salad. Then another 20 min for our entrees. Mind you there had been several tables seated and served that had already left before we had even received our main dish. Not once did anyone come to see if our food was okay or ask if we needed any drink refills, we even had to get up and track down an employee to get boxes and a check to pay for the meal. Seemingly forgotten and left to fend for ourselves the price just wasn’t worth it to me. The food was sub-par at best.

Great food, friendly environment, feels like home cooking. Wish there was a better drink menu for cocktails, but everything else is really good. The mushroom with cream sauce tortellini is my favorite.

I've been dining here since we came to Portland in 1997. Love the good. Only discovered their amazing deep dish pizzas like 10 years ago 🤯. So good.
Love that we still get the antipasto and spumone. 🍧 Love that we still get treated well and the food has managed to meet with times, well.
Keep up the heart ~ miss the local Papa Johns? Support these guys over dominios any day!! Their pizza is a meal of its own.

Their pizza is seriously the best I’ve had in ages! This is my second time here, and we usually order takeout. It’s a bit pricey, though - $60 for three large pizzas. But trust me, it’s worth it! If you’re looking for cheap pizza, Domino’s or Pizza Hut are your best bets. You can get three for like $8 each, which is less than what we paid here. Now, let me tell you about the pizza itself. It’s got a thick crust, lots of ingredients, and the dough is so flavorful, it’s like an orgasm in your mouth! I highly recommend it, Shawna is my friend, she’s awesome!
Everything about the restaurant was amazing, it was a warm environment. Our party was huge I thought for sure the food would take a while, but it came out exreamly fast after we placed our order. They also had one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. I shared it with my table and still had a ton left over. The slices are filling. Its the perfect date night location. The best part was the staff at last minute was able to accommodate our party of 13 with just a 15 min noticed! I will be returning again with my wife!

Let me give an honest in depth review.
How this place has over 4 stars is beyond me.
If I have to wait forever to be seated forever and there is no rush Im already unhappy.
Understaffed and poor scheduling is not my problem.
We came on a Friday night and waited a further 10 minutes to just place our order and another 8 minutes for the salad, and another 25 minutes just for the pizza.
The salad was over dressed and the pizza was mid.
I don’t care how good the food is if you give the worst service know to man.
My father brought me here to show me one of his favorite pizza places from his own childhood.
Shameful. Prideful. Worst customer service ever.
