Been to this Denny’s about 3 times now. Friendly staff relatively smooth service. Food quality inconsistent.

My family and I attended the restaurant for a nice Sunday meal. When we arrived we waited for a table for approximately 10 minutes which in of if itself is completely understandable.
We were sat and no one came to attend us for another 15-20 minutes or so when another couple came in and were immediately sat and offered beverages and utensils. At that point we were not even asked what we wanted to drink.
The difference between them and our family, they were white.
This has not been the first instance of this behavior in the past. It is such a shame but we can no longer keep hoping for a different outcome at this location. How disappointing.

Sat for 1 hr waiting for our order. Not checked in with or given an update other than to let us know there’s a ton of to go orders delaying ours but “it’s in there”. Never got our food.

It's Dennys, on Stark.. I'm Portland. Do I expect anything great? No. I got the sampler plate, it wasn't bad, the marinara sauce was, umm.. not marinara sauce. It was like, water & BBQ sauce to add color, idk I sent it back. Friend ask for no spinach in her skillet, came loaded with spinach.. She picked it out. Quite a few fentanyl frannies walking back & forth from where ever to the poker machines, but this one couple kept walking really close to my friend, he had a braided bang that was driving me crazy, all the bent over people walking is a dead give away for fentanyl use, which is sad. But we did run into someone I had to serve court papers to so that was cool.. Also, our waitress Sherry D was great, the cook could use some lessons, but again it's Dennys.. On Stark.. In Portland so, there's that.

Standard breakfast quality with nothing exceptional but nothing bad. Pancakes are the best thing here, and a variety of 'Slam' is my go-to.
Service is exceptional, Kristina is one of the most polite and attentive servers in any restaurant, not just here.
