Dibina Coffee is a great new addition and a coffee shop built and run with love and meticulous care. It is a spacious, woman-owned cafe with a cozy, warm and inviting PNW vibe. The owner is wonderful, lovely, friendly, and courageous, roasting the coffee and making all the syrups herself. This delivers delicious, creative, thoughtful, and hyper local quality at reasonable prices. There are tons of variety and seasonal flavors, from cardamom fig to blood orange creamsicle to ube, as well as signature standbys like the White Chocolate Ube. Unique drinks like the black sesame maple offer a rich nutty umami flavor. The shop also features small origin unique coffee drinks and pastries, like a gluten-free muffin. It is a standout shop and a treat.
