Superb coffee, absolutely dialed, with great service. The cortado I received was robust, complex, and reminded me why I love coffee.
If you are coffee adventurous, you should be here already. I guarantee that she will have coffee beverages you've never experienced before.

Dibina (the owner) is wonderful. Her coffee is unforgettable! She roasts it herself and makes all her own syrups. There’s tons of variety and seasonal flavors, from cardamon and fig to blood orange creamsicle to ube!! Definitely a standout shop.

This is a coffee shop built and run with love and meticulous care. The owner, is also the barista, the coffee roaster, the maker of the black sesame and blood orange concentrate, and is lovely and friendly and makes the best cup of coffee I've ever had, and that is not exagerrative
We stayed for 2 days and I got 3 cups of the black sesame maple which adds a lovely rich nutty umami and maple light sweetness. I would go every day if I lived in Portland. What a treat!

Do yourself a favor and visit Dibina coffee on NW Thurman between 23rd and 24th Ave. A new coffee shop with delicious, creative, thoughtful, craftsman roasts, and small origin unique coffee drinks, pastries, and a warm and inviting PNW vibe! I promise you won’t regret it! Not to mention the welcoming greeting and conversation with Dibina, the shops open, kind, and courageous small business owner. You will be supporting the Chamorro People (the indigenous people of the Mariana Islands) in addition to our PNW local small businesses!
Dibina Coffee is a great new addition! We stopped by right after our Santa Hat Run and grabbed the cardamom fig drink and a gluten-free muffin(the muffin is pretty think & dense) both tasted amazing. Cozy vibe and unique flavors. Go check it out!

Spacious, woman-owned cafe with delicious drinks. Excellent seasonal options as well as signature standbys like White Chocolate Ube are available with oat or coconut milk for vegan diets. Owner roasts the coffee and makes the syrups herself, delivering hyper local quality at reasonable prices.
Great drinks with awesome housemade syrups!
