Great food and good people. I always enjoy my visits here. Thank you for bringing back the venison burger. Please bring back the house made keto bun - the new bun you switched to is bad.

We love Dick’s! Literally, this is an awesome lil burger joint that does well catering to those with allergies (I have Celiac disease), as well as those who are vegan or health-conscious. I have a severe reaction with gluten cross-contamination, I’ve been here a dozen times with no symptoms.

Used to love coming here, but the last visit they did not pay attention to the ordering notes and as a celiac, got me extremely sick. Precautions were previously taken here and this was once my favorite place to eat, but quality has gone downhill. Unfortunately won't be returning.
Edit: Called the establishment and was able to connect with the general manager, who expressed concern and handled the matter professionally. Offered me another burger and discussed that although this is not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, they do strive to avoid cross-contamination. Great establishment, and will be returning.

Having celiac and a dairy allergy, this place was an awesome find. A delicious fried chicken sandwich? Milkshake options? Reasonable prices? It was such a blessing when I moved to the city and I haven’t gotten sick from them once! I was ordering almost once a week for a while but the last couple times I got my favorite chicken sandwich and side of tenders for later it seems like they switched up the product entirely. Instead of a delicious, juicy, and crispy chunk of meat on my sandwich I received two pieces of dry tenders that seemed like they came straight out of the freezer and tasted like some tenders I reheated in an air fryer last week. Giant disappointment. Great fries and shakes but I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon as I’m not a burger girl :/
The venison burger is so simple and such a satisfying flavor. The goat cheese and mushrooms really compliment the flavor . I’d gladly pay $15 for that burger. I would not recommend the milkshake however , it’s pricey, not very large and kind of bland . The cheese fries were tasty and a very generous portion though ! Glad I went here, will return ! Also, them putting the accouterments on the side and not directly on the burger was a nice touch .

Ordered pickup on a thursday night and oh my god I wish I had gotten both of their names but both our sandwiches were the best we’ve had in a while from Dicks! Thank you!

For the price the quality of food and service is not worth. The hamburgers are abnormally small, the buns looked like 5 ppl pressed their fingers into it, the top bun was stale the bottom bun was soggy, and don't get me started on the kids hotdogs which game playing with no condiments and had a funny propane taste like it was cooked on a gas grill. Definitely wouldn't recommend and for the price I'd rather have Red Robin

Edit: Just want to clarify, I think that actually now that I think about it, it was smaller than a child hamburger . Also, I would like add. It appears that the business doesn’t really have a firm grasp on what customer service is ? see the comment from the business below. They literally have the smallest burgers in town. They closed the one of Alberta because it sucked sooooo bad . I tried the original one in Woodstock and was just as disappointing. So many good burger places to choose from just skip this one. So many other hard working places that deserve the money , go there! This place is not worth the money and seems if you say anything about you real life experience , they’ll try to gaslight you in a Google review. What a bunch of chumps ! Needless to say I won’t be back !
Laugh worthy portion, definitely not worth the money. It was like a child’s hamburger that you get on an airplane.

Epic evening. I ordered a keto bowl of brussels and venison, served by a young dark goth lilith with eyes full of disdain. 10/10 would do it again.

Absolutely amazing food! The burger was awesome the fries were on point. The chicken tenders were a little over cooked but lots of variety for gluten free options. The Marionberry lemonade is on point! I will definitely be back. Delicious food and great service! They even have an outdoor eating area.
