We ordered via a kiosk five Boba teas and one of the orders was wrong, when we brought it back to the girl behind the counter she basically said she was too busy and we got the drink the way it was supposed to be. Too bad so sorry. Customer service zero. The quality of the tea wasn’t worth the service.

Ding Tea PSU was a great experience. They have a self-service keypad or tablet, which is very convenient. I ordered a medium strawberry tea, which was delicious. The price was around $5.50 to $5.75; I forgot the exact amount. I definitely recommend it, and I will be coming back.

Shoutout Jasmin the bobarista for the fabulous recs!!! Menu so big I had NO IDEA WHAT TO GET ! HOWEVER ,,, the recommended classic milk tea with boba and some sort of fluffy cream was so yummy in my tummy I had to do my happy dance 💃😂 hahaha but yes it was good.

Came in on a Halloween date. No one was at the register, when they came they seemed irritated that we showed up. I asked for an oolong milk tea with boba 50% sweet. I received an extremely bitter drink that was almost unsweetened. They did want to give a refund. My partners drink was okay.

Closed at 8, showed up at 8:06pm. Hours posted on the door and online are 9. Call ahead before you bother unless you want to be turned away by a hastily written sticky note.edit: I see Ding Tea's reply, sorry management. You'll have to talk to your May 9th closing staff for more info. The doors locked, and a scribbled note that said "we are closing at 8 tonight."
