Bartenders downstairs made delicious cocktails but didn't have very much hustle. Love the vibes of this place tho. Karaoke is lit.

My wife came here tonight, and they cut her off after a couple drinks. she’s 6ft tall and gay, AND, very feminine - she can handle her alcohol. when she got home she told me the bar tender serving her made her feel unwelcomed and profiled as “straight” for hanging out with an ally couple who came with her. i do not appreciate this from a bar that’s supposed to be “lesbian”. this place is supposed to make women feel welcome without worries of judgement. my wife was not drunk, and they made her feel uncomfortable. if you’re fem, don’t waste your time coming here. they will not appreciate your presence or money.

and yes. we are lesbians.

(I wish they had a happy hour FOOD in addition to their Happy Hour drinks specials until 7:00 PM. It's still worth it.) $5 draft/$7 well.
- Karaoke 8:00 PM every Friday
- DJ's Fridays and Saturday (music bands live)
- Every 3rd Friday at 8 pm there's a FREE COUNTRY DANCE LESSON!
- Awesome for large groups
- Perfectly crisp chicken wings! Can't wait to try all the flavors!! (I got the dry rub: feel free to request lower sodium if, tho mine was perfect!

Helpful staff, great drinks, food, atmosphere, small outdoor patio deck seating area..

This establishment is definitely not taking any feedback from people of color. We always have appreciated the work and the space. To say what had been experienced was met with being told off by the bartender. There's obviously a bunch of other comments notating her behavior but now having experienced it in person was a slap to the face. All I wanted was to let it be known that security was enforcing rules outside of the bar, where people were not allowed to even go pee and return to the line. After waiting 45 min/an hour/ more during pride weekend outside in line , if you returned to your group and the security saw you were kicked to the back. It happened twice to two POCs. Thats it.

absolutely love it here but the security guy was such an asshole the whole night. I was hanging out with a group of friends at a booth upstairs and had rested my head on my partners shoulder and he came over to reprimand me and make me sit up ??? so disappointed cuz I otherwise love it here

Came all the way from Canada and sang Karaoke for the first time! And of course made sure to sing a song by the one and only Canadian Punk Princess, Avril Lavigne.

Such a cool atmosphere in both areas of the bar. Not a whole bunch of seating, so get there a bit early if you’re doing anything like karaoke night. Great drinks!! Good prices.

No lesbian bars where we’re from, well we had one, but she picked a horrible location and when she inevitably had to close, she decided to blame the community. So I wasn’t sure what to expect when walking in. BUT I will say, I felt it very easy to be myself comfortably there. Very accepting environment and shows that if done right, lesbian bars can be so so good!

Very happy to see a place like this. Great place to be lesbian, uncomfortable for random straight men and creeps. 10/10 would accompany lesbian friends again.

This is one of the only lesbian bars around so I'll probably still be frequenting it, but I definitely don't appreciate that the bouncer/security staff seems to be made up of mainly men now, and unfriendly at that. There are also quite a few men in this space I've noticed recently and I've had a lot of unpleasant interactions with them. It's heartbreaking that there aren't more women centered spaces in Portland to go to and feel safe while you have fun. I would recommend hiring women security/bouncers again, and also for the DJs to take requests as it's really hit or miss with the music and I've left multiple times before in the past because the music sucked and no one was dancing to it. I hope things will change before summer...

Nice, strong drinks for a good price.
Cool drink menu.
Cool venue.
Competent staff.
The dance area gets in the way a bit going from the stairs to the downstairs bar to the seating.
Bathrooms are usually pretty clean.
Had the sweet potato fries and those were good. Would have preferred a garlic aioli sauce with them.

Kid-friendliness: Not a kid friendly space

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible, at least not the downstairs area. Maybe the upstairs.

A frequent hangout for me and my friends. Feel pretty safe and everyone’s usually pretty easy to get along with. Great drinks and the bartenders are awesome. We feel comfortable as trans people (both fem and masc). Crowd’s usually pretty white, but it is Portland 🤷🏾
