This fun "blast from the past" eatery sits at the north edge of the Pearl District. With a retro woody-cozy interior and 70’s rock & roll in the background, there is casual and relaxed feel.

We enjoyed a fortifying breakfast chorizo burrito and Huevos Rancheros adorned with superbly crispy-edged, tender-insides hash browns. Our server was friendly, prompt, and attentive. We’ll certainly be back.

In 2024 in Portland i really wasn’t expecting to get funny looks from the waitstaff and ignored outright because of the fact that I’m in an interracial relationship buuuuut that’s what happened. I thought I was imagining it at first but as the time wore on and no one came to serve us, even water…menus…. After all the staring and funny looks I finally asked my partner if she was feeling the same thing and she agreed and informed me that This is exactly what that feels like. We left without even ordering.

Steak and eggs were a generous portion cooked to order. Service was quick for a busy establishment on a snowy day.
