The "garden roll" is the worst fresh roll I've ever had. Dry, unseasoned tofu and romaine lettuce. The banh mi was ok. Service was extremely slow. The African food truck next door is a much better bet.

The food was very good. They have several vegetarian options. I had the tofu banh mi. There isn’t really nice seating but there are some picnic tables to sit at. I enjoyed my meal.

Best spot for banh mis - so cheap too, only $8. Spicy pork is the way to go, but the chicken and lemongrass tofu are good too. The chicken was kind of like a chicken salad style but still good. I prefer asking for a little bit less coleslaw in the sandwiches for the perfect balance of cilantro, meat and crunch and sauce. Also Not closed, just completely irregular hours. So call before making the trip especially if the weather is bad.

Is this place still open? I live in the neighborhood and have tried to eat here like four times during their posted hours, and the have never been open.

Where are they getting this bread? Seriously, I might make it my life's goal to have this bread available in my pantry every day. But yeah, the banh mi is real good. Flaky, chewy bread, tasty chicken, crispy veggies. Five stars all day long.

Best Bahn Mi in Portland. Man don’t get me started. The bread is cooked, flakey, with the perfect amount of crunch. Every ingredient is beyond flavorful without being overpowering. The owner of this Vietnamese food truck could not be nicer. I’m not sure how this place doesn’t have a line every day. Also it’s right next to a beer truck, which is perfect to grab a drink at while you’re waiting.

Excellent food for casual prices. I’m waiting for him to open up because I’m craving the bánh mi!
Coleslaw on a bahm mi is an interesting choice to say the least

Dolicious is delicious. I ordered their lemongrass tofu bahn mi after ordering bahn mi's from nearby Bahn Mi Up Kitchen to compare the two.Dolicious won the match. Much more food for price ($8 compared to $11) and their tofu bahn mi was way more delicious than bahn mi up kitchen's lemongrass chicken and also tofu bahn mi.Bread was soft and sandwich was stuffed with lots of protein and slaw. It's what a proper bahn mi should be.

Good here is delicious and hearty. The owner clearly cooks with love, like being served dinner from your grandpa.

The definition of delayed gratification. Just one guy making possibly the best Bahn-Mi in all of pdx, it takes some time but it’s so worth it
