I absolutely adore this new product: Parmesan Stuffed Crust. It's different from the traditional crust—it's not baked to be overly crispy, but rather has a soft, stretchy texture with that delightful pull-apart quality. It's something I'll definitely come back for!

I was waiting for more than 50 minutes and my order did not come out. In the end they gave me a pizza that wasn't mine. They justified themselves by saying that the oven was full and all the people who arrived after me were leaving first. Please improve the quality of your service. Thank you

The guy who helped me at the counter was nice and professional even after having the girl boxing the finished pizza in the back openly belittle him for not being faster. Maybe she should've focused on what she was supposed to be doing. Maybe she would've noticed boxing up my peperoni pizza that wasn't cooked all the way.

My order was overcooked and cold cuz it took so long to arrive I assume, the manager at the 1600 se 122nd store I think abia or izzy I couldn't really understand the name that well said to call when I wanted it replaced and EVERYTIME I call he ends up leaving me on hold again and again for 20-30mins at a time but never replaced my order and says he can't see my order so I must have been reimbursed so I offered to show my bank account info to show you took and never returned the $23.95. I'm absolutely DISGUSTED with the customer service I'm receiving...

Ordered pizza for delivery it took almost an hour for them to make the food from ordering then it took 30 minutes to deliver 10 minutes away. Didn't bring the whole order in the first trip. Sat on hold for 25 minutes before just hanging up on the phone.

I ordered a takeout and paid $8.99 for a Mac and cheese. The portion was so small that I’ve never seen like it before. I always order Mac and cheese from Dominos but this is the first time I order from this location when I asked the employee why this is so small she said because we have a deal sale right now. I feel like I was ripped off and will never order from here again whenever I order from a different store the portion is decent. I am very disappointed.
This location lacks at their job. They never answer the phone and when it comes to delivery they always take hours and they forget your drink.

The food was delicious, but they communicated poorly about parking. We were told to park on the east side, which turned out to be incorrect. No one informed us of the mistake, so we ended up waiting outside until we finally went in to figure out what was wrong.

I almost feel bad. This place has so many low reviews already. It's not going to keep someone from ordering from here because it's one of the few pizza places in the area that is still open and around. It just feels like kicking someone when they're down.
My overall complaints are relatively minor, but they are still valid. I ordered a specialty pizza, I wanted some toppings only on one side, that was the extent of my modifications. They didn't even try, it was just a regular pizza.
Now why is that something I'm bringing up? I have worked pizza shop jobs. At the same age as most of the staff in the building. Granted, its been 20 years since then, but the way it's done hasn't changed at all. If there are modifications to an order, you follow the modifications. It's super easy. Even on the busiest nights of the week it was a simple thing to follow the directions.
Not being able to get something like this correct makes me concerned that other things are being ignored. Makes me worry that they aren't doing things like washing their hands correctly, or not wearing gloves when handling raw ingredients.
Last thing. If you have the door locked for security reasons or whatever, put up a note about it. Don't watch someone go to each door to try and get in. If you need to let people in slowly that's fine. A simple note to prevent embarrassment would be appreciated.
