The pizza we got felt and tasted stale and had barely any toppings. I currently work at a Domino's and I know what that means. That means that the pizza they sold me was a pizza they made for a previous order that never went through and they had the pizza sitting out for a while. Then when my order showed up they decided to use the stale, old pizza for my order. It also seemed very very undercooked, almost like their oven isn't at regulation temperature. Also, the inside of the store was very visibly messy with boxes just laying on the floor. Safe to say that I'm just gonna get pizza from another Domino's location or from the one I currently work at.

Horrible place, kids are working here. competely unacceptable. they forgot my sauce every time i ordered a pizza not only that when they had no orders the pizza took upwards of 25 minutes to be given to me.

The quality of the food and the customer service has gone downhill for this location. The pizza is so thin and the toppings are barely even on the pizza. Also, where’s the sauce?! It’s so dry now that you have to open your own pizza sauce in order for it to taste like pizza. They frequently forget to give you any sauce cups that you order and pay for. They don’t give you plates and napkins anymore either. I’ll have to look for another place for my pizza now. Disappointed.

With tip 2 pizza and delivery was 74 dollars and the driver is incompetent and gave my order to my neighbor. Instead of knocking in my door to deliver food my neighbors got free food I got left food less and told because it was 74 and some change there was nothing that can be done. I don't recommend the delivery just walk

Lately it's been very disappointing, my pizza's are always wrong and and super late. If I pay for my.pizza to be there in 41 to 51 mins then that's what I expect not 2 hours and if I call and I'm still patient about it you could be nice Sarah(manager)...So update year 2024 manager is Mario, i ordered ahead as asked by my father for pick up, my dad went into the store and asked the manager if the pizza was ready which was under my name but thought it was under his, the manager mario called my dad ignorant and was very rude so my dad left to pizza hut. All I'm saying that is no way to treat anyone, i dont know whats going on but you guys seem to have new managers all the time, i hope you guys choose a good eventually....

I cannot believe the nerve of this kid giving me reheated pizza and saying it's my fault. I tried being civilized, nice , and go through the proper steps to complain as I felt I was owed another order that wasn't reheated. Apparently this kid only looks for one name on the box and one name only? I gave him my full name and he says pizza not here, I go to other store they tell me that the pizza is at first location, I get back and he say oh,gee sorry, it's been almost 2 hours now. My fault he says because it was under my last name. That I gave him. I'm livid and if I didn't want to go back to prison. Some people need to count there lucky stars.
This is the worst Dominos ever. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or lazy or incompetent or any combination of the above. It always takes FOREVER for delivery. The tracker shows that it sits for about an hour after it’s been out or the oven before it leaves the store. This location must be hemorrhaging money with all the free pizzas they need to give away from all the terrible service they offer.

Today we ordered a pizza at 6pm and it never showed up so we went in person 2 hours later to check in, to find out there was only two employees. Two employees who were being harassed the entire time by customers, and getting calls non stop, we waited another hour to still hear them getting cussed out and harassed. Luckily a kind stranger stood up for them with a rude customer who was nothing but rude and distracting. The Young gentleman and the young lady were still very professional and working hard. They had 30-40 pizzas to make with only 2 employees! Our order was perfect, the pizza was perfect, and our long wait was worth it. All I have to say is if you are someone reading this who was going to leave a negative review because your wait was too long or because your order wasn’t right. Get off your high horse and realize these are PEOPLE who are working as hard as they could and being harassed and cussed out by many!Thank you so much everyone working tonight you will definitely see us again.

I actually normally don’t even like Domino’s, but I gotta give credit where it is due & this location is the best in the Portland/Gresham area, hands down. Anytime I order from any other location, it’s bunk & either completely lacking or entirely overkill on ingredients & a sloppy mess. My work gets deliveries from this location & it is always exceptional. I just ordered pickup from here for the first time. My order was correct, hot & ready, I was greeted with multiple smiling faces, and the inside was clean & freshly mopped. I highly recommend making it a point to order from this location, thanks for such a pleasant experience.
