Ordered 2 pizzas and paid for extra cheese. This photo shows how minimal the cheese was. Pizza was burnt and tastes terrible. Contacted Dominos and received an email stating that store owner would call me. Never received a call. This is becoming a pattern here.

Got chicken Bacon ranch 2 sandwiches they made it with red sauce and it was nasty and I called and talked to the manager this is March 22nd talk to a girl that said she was a manager she said she would give me a credit for two sandwiches and when I went to order those they told me they never put it and I never have ordered chicken bacon ranch sandwiches when I have ordered them for a couple years not only that I've lived here for 60 years so I've gone to them since the beginning of them opening but I will never ever go back to him again because they mess with your back orders so it makes them look like they're doing good when all is what they're doing is lying lying and more lieing manager included

Ordered pizza (2/20 evening) for delivery. App tracker said order completed but we never got our order. I’ve tried calling the store every day since then. Spending literal hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone but no one does. Called corporate and they said they would give my info to the owner since it’s an individually owned franchise, I still haven’t been contacted. Disputed charges with our bank because this is absolute BS. Wasn’t really mad about the order not being delivered but the fact that I can’t speak with anyone about it is insane. Tried to write a complaint online but there wasn’t even an option to put that I didn’t receive my order at all. After filling out the form, they offered a coupon for a pizza lol

We placed an order at 5:33 pm, they said it would take around 45-53 minutes for the pizza to be ready. I checked the pizza tracker around 6:30 when I was on my way to pick up the pizza and it said the order was barely being prepped. I thought maybe it was an error but sure enough when we showed up there was 10 people in the lobby that had been waiting over 2 hours for their pizza. They were very busy and I totally understand but they were definitely very unorganized. It took over 2 and a half hours for us to get our pizza, they need someone that helps the customers at the counter and organizes the pizza order. The person they had doing that seemed very confused and frazzled.

There's been soooooooooo many times we order here and it takes HOOIURRSSS to show up. We live MAYBE 6min down the road. We order when we CANT drive ourselves. I'm tired of waiting o them. The pizza isn't worth it.

This location dough always HAS these bubbles in them like they are stored wrong or something it’s very interesting that I’ve been here 3 times and every time my pizza has a huge hole because these bubbles are full of air and like pop slowly
I am done with Domino's. I ordered a pizza at 8:04pm. And at 10:25 it said in the oven. A few minutes later it said out for delivery. Then order complete. I never received my order. This is like the 3 time. And only once did I get my money back. I'm completely done with them. I'm deleting my account and deleting their app.

Order pizza & coke over hour plus half hour. Tried calling was transferred to the store on 182nd & was hung up on 4 times. I was trying to cancell order d/t length of delivery. Didn't lose $ cause I order to pay cash. This has happen before but now I stop using domino's. Very poor service.✌️💕

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Domino's location. I placed an order for delivery and waited over an hour. I received a text saying the delivery driver was on their way, but my order never arrived. I tried calling the store to figure out what happened, but no one ever answered the phone.
This is actually the second time in less than a week that I’ve ordered for delivery from this location and not received it. I understand things happen sometimes, but this is simply unacceptable. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very poor service

I placed an online order. The tracker said the order was completed. But my order did not arrive. I went to the physical location to talk to someone. They are supposed to be open until one. But the open sign was turned off. The 2 people there saw me then hid in the kitchen. I do not think it was a delivery mistake if the staff did not want to talk to me. This place is shady and took my money!

My gf order almost $70 worth of food and the guy came and delivered the wrong order with alot of the food missing and than guilt tripped for a tip we called the number to get a refund or are order and were left on hold for over 70 mins twice as I am writing this they still have not picked up I assume they are used to scamming people idk how they stay in business
