Terrible management of the establishment. I tried calling about my pizza just not being up to standard that the dough seemed to be off today for a hand tossed pizza. Yes we ate some of the food but I wanted to see if they would just make it right. Instead the manager went on to say that they wouldn’t help me as I had left the store with the pizza and we had already ate more than two slices. CHECK YOUR PIZZAS before you leave the building for quality as they don’t care.

Perfect order. Everything was just as it should be!

They need to hire more people had to wait 10 minutes before even talking to someone and my order was done just sitting there cause the one employee was doing everything don't want to sound like she wasn't doing a good job she was just doing to much by herself

Ordered a pizza with out sauce… it was smothered in red sauce. When I called about the mistake they said “ you must of called through the call center they don’t always get it right”. They offered me nothing. I proceeded to ask them what can I do to prevent this from happening again and they said doing it on line was pretty much the only way I could pretty much be guaranteed the right pizza…beware

Ordered online, the pizza tracker said Michael was on the way. Food never arrived. Called the store. Nobody answered.

I ordered 2 pizzas with light sauce. Both pizzas were undercooked in the center and one was so covered in sauce you couldn't even see the cuts of the pizza slices. When I called to let them know the manager said it was my fault for ordering the pizzas the way I did and to order them well done to ensure they were cooked a little extra. The manager argued and said I was wrong instead of taking accountability for the error he or his team made and talked to me like I was an idiot. I order often and a pan pizza should never have the toppings sliding off. I'm very disappointed that the manager pushed blame onto the customer instead of holding himself and his team accountable. Don't order from this domino's unless you want to be treated like an idiot if they make a mistake.
Tell me this isn't undercooked in the center? It's supposed to be pale white when cooked and crispy lol SMH. Admit your fault and make it right

Usually delivery is fast but two nights ago I ordered food and it was stuck at the preprint station for nearly an hour and when the guy finally delivered it he went to another house first which whatever other order probably but then he went back to the store and then back to the same place and we had waited two hours to get our food when the max quoted time was 44 minutes

Slow asf, stood there for probably 5 minutes without being helped, employees were no where to be seen, phone was ringing entire time in there with no one answering it, then the pasta was mostly just sauce with very few noodles and the extras I added in were almost non existent

Don’t order pizza from here! Delivery never happened!!!! We waited an hour! We were told by the app on two occasions it had been delivered. It was not! We called the store and were told first that he didn’t have the drivers cell phone number. Then we were told they can’t call the drivers when they are on deliveries. Please…. Everyone has a cell phone! Then they called us back and said it was at the store! Couldn’t even tell us WHY it hadn’t been delivered. Lots of excuses and couldn’t tell us a straight answer. Sure, they are refunding the order and canceling it. Great job on providing horrible service and lying to us.

Ordered two large pizzas and one medium pizza. I asked for extra cheese I like it very cheesy there was hardly any cheese on them at all
Asked for onions and peppers very little
And then on top of it, the pizza was cold, and I live less than a mile from the place that I ordered from.
Major turn off I will never buy from them again or any dominoes. If that’s how they give you what you want or I should say, don’t give you what you asked for.

Ordered a med pizza a couple weeks back and asked for mushrooms.. got maybe 2 mushrooms per slice.

Ordered one tonight, asked for extra mushrooms, thinking eh, maybe it’s just a fluke. Got a pizza with what I’d call a “normal” amount of mushrooms.

I love mushies so it’s a huge bummer to me :/

Staff seems very sweet though..
