Domino's Pizza

The Ai phone ordering system is the most frustrating thing ever! It doesn't understand many commands, it doesnt recognize national coupons, and makes constant mistakes.
Ordering through the app is also frustrating, as I get to the payment, after typing in my order, and my payment fails every time. A store manager told me this is a constant issue, and to order saying I will pay cash. Because there's no way to reach a store representative by phone, I have to wait for the driver to arrive, and explain that they need to call their store to give my credit card info.
This is the WORST system and is so disrespectful to dominos customers. Dominos is unwilling to pay for an extra employee to take the phone orders, and consequently lost hundreds of dollars from myself alone. Its entirely frustrating to want to buy your pizza, and not be able to because your system is bonkers.
So, I attempted to go in to order in person.. they messed up my order! This company has gone downhill fast

Stole my 1st pizza and replaced with a different one. Different crust & different tomatoes. Like I wouldn't notice.

Food is hot and fresh everytime. I have been ordering from here for a while, the delivery drivers are on time and very respectful and kind. The cooks are ontop of it and cooking up those awesome goodies i keep coming back for. Its never a disappointment. Thank you for all you guys do!

Unlimited deal is not unlimited tried to add pineapples it wouldn't let me I removed one item and I didn't see that there was some kind of Parmesan shredded on my pizza so that took away from one of my options I even asked how much they were and I was met with silence I also gave a $1.50 tip and asked if I can have a side of pineapples supposedly they can't give out fresh pineapple has to be cooked on the pizza SMH

I love the new York style pizza there at domino's. I allso love the pasta too. Longest wait time is 15 minutes when ready. Warm and friendly service. The pizza melts in my mouth. I eat there 3 times a week. It's the best pizza in town. Highly recommend it to others. The price is right and very reasonable

Terrible management of the establishment. I tried calling about my pizza just not being up to standard that the dough seemed to be off today for a hand tossed pizza. Yes we ate some of the food but I wanted to see if they would just make it right. Instead the manager went on to say that they wouldn’t help me as I had left the store with the pizza and we had already ate more than two slices. CHECK YOUR PIZZAS before you leave the building for quality as they don’t care.

They need to hire more people had to wait 10 minutes before even talking to someone and my order was done just sitting there cause the one employee was doing everything don't want to sound like she wasn't doing a good job she was just doing to much by herself

Ordered a pizza with out sauce… it was smothered in red sauce. When I called about the mistake they said “ you must of called through the call center they don’t always get it right”. They offered me nothing. I proceeded to ask them what can I do to prevent this from happening again and they said doing it on line was pretty much the only way I could pretty much be guaranteed the right pizza…beware

Ordered online, the pizza tracker said Michael was on the way. Food never arrived. Called the store. Nobody answered.

I ordered 2 pizzas with light sauce. Both pizzas were undercooked in the center and one was so covered in sauce you couldn't even see the cuts of the pizza slices. When I called to let them know the manager said it was my fault for ordering the pizzas the way I did and to order them well done to ensure they were cooked a little extra. The manager argued and said I was wrong instead of taking accountability for the error he or his team made and talked to me like I was an idiot. I order often and a pan pizza should never have the toppings sliding off. I'm very disappointed that the manager pushed blame onto the customer instead of holding himself and his team accountable. Don't order from this domino's unless you want to be treated like an idiot if they make a mistake.
Tell me this isn't undercooked in the center? It's supposed to be pale white when cooked and crispy lol SMH. Admit your fault and make it right

Usually delivery is fast but two nights ago I ordered food and it was stuck at the preprint station for nearly an hour and when the guy finally delivered it he went to another house first which whatever other order probably but then he went back to the store and then back to the same place and we had waited two hours to get our food when the max quoted time was 44 minutes
