Ordered pizza at 5pm.. it’s now 6:36pm, no pizza..no one will answer the phone. Then I read all of these reviews. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for food that my family and I won’t be eating because we needed to eat something else. Can’t get ahold of anyone for a refund. RIDICULOUS.

lived near this one for 3 years. first ever delivery took almost 3 hours. next attempt months later they called me to cancel because it would take too long to deliver, apparently. didn’t attempt to order again until a few months ago, figuring that surely if they’re still open they had resolved the issue in the past 3 years? wrong. 2 hour delivery. just shut it down, guys.

I've given up on this location on Southeast 122nd Avenue in Portland, Oregon. 90 minute to 2-hour deliveries are normal. Orders are wrong, food is cold. I've got 17 free pizzas because of their acknowledged inadequate standards. Corporate needs to step in and either close the location or fix it. You obviously have a franchise owner that is not able or not willing to fix the problem.

They canceled your deliveries and if you do get to put a delivery through you end up, waiting hours for it or sitting on hold for an hour just to be able to cancel it

My order was put in oven over 30 minutes after prepared and took over an hour and a half to get delivered. The pizza didn't get cut into pieces. The pizza was barely warm when I got it. This has happened 3 out of the last 6 orders.Sometimes I waited months in-between orders figuring the staffing and other issues they have making &delivering pizzas would be corrected. Only to be disappointed every time. Ugh!

This place closed but didn’t shut down their computers. Online orders are taking money from customers but are never being made and delivered. This place is terrible.

I ordered at 10 pm well within service hours, I waited over an hour for the food to be made and right before it was supposed to be delivered they canceled it and when I called to ask them about it I was left on hold for over half an hour after someone mumbled into the phone words that were not recognizable as any human language. Garbage customer service.
I can let slide the fact it took the pizza an hour and a half to reach my apartment which is ten minutes away from the restaurant. I can handle that there was more cheese on the lid of the box than the pizza. I can overlook the olives on both the pizza and the Primavera that I didn't order. But when I go to pull a second slice of cheese bread and find a human hair with the length and texture of a human public hair baked in, that's when a free pizza is NOT going to do.

I was left waiting outside. Hours were posted and it was well before they closed. 3 associates passed me and said we'll be right with you. All the associates inside saw me waiting. I ordered online and my food was done. I was told we have minors here so you have to wait outside. I was then given my order thru the employee receiving door to the side of the entrance. Guess it is pizza hut next time. If your going to hire minors, great. Just make sure you don't make the customer feel as if they did something wrong and lock the door. Or post a sign to explain. Also forgot items on my order and forgot toppings. Also would not let me review their store internally. I guess if you cant call it out no one will say anything. good luck guys.
