I was only a pizza hut girl but a year ago Domino's has the New York pizza & I have stayed true to Domino's ever Sence the workers are so awesome they treat you so good , they are working so hard Also I have had other places promise free food with points and stuff but they never came through I am so thankful I just went and received my free Cheesy Bread I seriously only paid $1 for sauces I Actually am so thankful for this because I'm really struggling Sence food stamps I only get $70 so I was so excited but I went to 7/11 to grab Pepto bismo 😂 & the worker is still there he is like 36 hours straight & he looks igsausted I asked if he was hungry He said Yes ,Please 🥺 So I gave him my cheesy bread & I'm making sandwiche at home but it's so worth it He smiled so big it just melted my heart & so thankful for Domino's for being true to there word & letting me bless someone who really really needed it

This particular Domino’s has literally never gotten our order right whether it’s delivery or pick up. So frustrating, thought we would give it another try, but of course, when we went to pick up our pizza, it was not ready and we were told there was no order for it. When they figured out, they were wrong they did nothing to make it right. So ridiculous every time! Order from annyplace else.

Took them 2 hours to deliver a pizza instead of the quoted 45 minutes, and it was cold. Stop taking orders if your store can't handle them!

I placed an online order & when I arrived it was discovered that a previous customer took my order. Rainey was so kind & quick to whip me up another pizza & threw in a cookie brownie for the inconvenience. I’d definitely be back with that kind of customer service!

Bad 👎 service 😑 I ordered delivery, and I waited to 1.30 hours no someone delivery pizza to me. so I called them back. What happened ? They said they couldn't deliver pizza to me and then leave a masage and call, but I didn't get it .No one called me. very badly.

Another disappointing delivery. Pizza was barely warm by the time it arrived. Even the store recognized the terrible job that was done and offered us a discount or a free pizza. I don't know what's going on at that store but management needs to get it together.

Order frequently enough through the app. My order constantly sits in 'Quality Check' for longer than it was baking. Order arrives late and cold more often than not. Last time I ordered they forgot my chicken. Delivery driver while pleasant seemed completely clueless as to how to make it right. Pizza was okay but not hot. I used the app to say the order wasn't right and all I get is 'points for a free 2 topping pizza.'
Will likely only do carry out from now on. Delivery can't be trusted at all.
I drove 10 minutes to pick up my pizza when I got there their tap pay wasn’t working and all I had was my phone. I didn’t bring my wallet. I asked if I could pay them tomorrow as driving back and forth would end up being almost an hour. It’s 10 buck. Not my fault your machine isn’t working. The women who talked to me was super rude rolled her eyes and was just lacking any customer service skills. This was a Sunday night and the kitchen and work area was dirty I would never eat at this spot.

Mercedes was very sweet. Good deal on the large pizza and good (1 topping, spinach). Employees had the place pretty clean. They don't have plates or seasoning shakers. I didn't want to know if they had napkins, didn't see any dispensers... 🤷🏿
