I had enough points to redeem a free pizza and get a soda..so I go to order online and when I get to check out, it says I need to spend $17.67 before they will deliver it to me on top of the delivery charge?!? So when I call the store, TJ was no help. He was actually rude telling me he can’t redeem my points and basically telling me that I got to spend $17.67 for to get my FREE pizza and my FREE drink..WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Food is good, delivery is usually pretty fast. I don’t understand why there is a 6.99 charge for delivery, I live less than a mile away and none of that is a tip to drivers? So we end up around $10 with the tip before we even order any food. I order $25 worth of food and end up paying around $35

This is for the dominos on Lombard pdx onlyI work nearby and have for 13 years sometimes maybe once a year a call for a pizza for lunch because maybe I didn't have time to stop and get something at a store on the way because of traffic or what not... So I hadn't ordered in a long time and the manager started complaining to me that he'd had nothing but problems from the people who work here..mind you 100s of different people work here every year and we have 2 shifts so whom ever he had a problem with isn't me but yet today I ordered my lunch because I barely made it too work on time because of an accident on i84 I work at the ship yard not in a office I work min 10 hours per day 6-7 days a week and I'm not married so I do everything myself. And I'm starving I ordered a head of time by about a hour which never before was a problem in 13 years I did online because my card was in my phone instead via phone call like I have in past I tip the driver's well their friendly but the manager canceled my order didn't calle to tell me like he he did he did it by email ..I ve had my head in a welding hood and the place is a couple ackers so there's no time to run to 7 eleven. He canceled my order because I ordered an hour before which is ok to do except he's no customer service and very rude .I never did any thing to him quite frankly I'm not sure how he got to be manager with his attitude.

Tried to order a pizza for the last hour and use my venmo to pay for it and I kept getting a text message to reset my venmo so I did then I said the link was expired so I had to start all over again three different times called customer service got nowhere I am so disappointed with this situation thanks Domino's for nothing have a great evening

Steer clear of the chicken it's a burnt mess. The fact it passed their final "quality check" before sending is deplorable.$6.99 for a pizza in a pinch is a-ok. It's worth picking it up yourself to save the $7 delivery fee that doesn't go to their delivery drivers.

Tyler was rude impatient and hung up on me twice I never got my pizza they never called to let me know they don't deliver to my address even though I placed the order. Tyler needs to.be retrained or work.in the back where's there's no customer contact! If you live in north Portland call pizza hut!

I never got my text saying my order was ready, so I ended up being like 5 minutes late, after they locked the door, and the 2 employees inside could clearly see me outside knocking trying to get their attention to pick my order I had already paid for up but completely ignored me. Eventually, after about 10 minutes or so a delivery driver pulled up & let me in & helped me get my order. Thank u delivery driver!

And this time we're trying the tots! Marbled cookie brownies is one of our faves and the stuffed cheese breads too! And the bread balls of course! Yum! Thank you Domino's! Always quality food for my whole family and always super fast! Who doesn't love delivery! The kids absolutely love it!Vegetarian options: You can customize everything!Kid-friendliness: You can customize and the store is way accurate!
Well at this dominos waiting on two orders. One for me and one for my friend. Got told to move while having a cig . Very rude after I just paid and so did my friend. At that point we are customers and should be treated with a certain amount of respect. I was over the ten feet from the door so he had no right or reason to be a jerk in my opinion at least… they only got half my order as well but I talk quietly so that part might have been my bad….
