I ordered a pizza yesterday from Domino's off of 82nd for delivery guy tall white guy with a ponytail that wears a baseball cap instead of giving me my pizza and leaving he stands there waiting for me to give him a tip it's already included in my order I would greatly appreciate if Domino's will never seen this guy to deliver my pizza again because I feel that will be a problem I am disabled I live on a fixed income and I can't give away extra money that I don't have but I don't appreciate a driver just standing there expecting money instead of giving me my pizza and leave it please don't send this guy to deliver pizza for me ever again it really makes your service sucks

How do you write a review for a store that has managed 3 times in 5 years to deliver the wrong order to you, and then have to send out a 2nd driver to bring the correct order. No order amount modifications, unable to modify the tip. I keep ordering because the pizza is good... but dayum. How many times can 1 place screw up just 1 house?

Said estimated pick up time was 11-16 minutes, took over 45. Maybe it was the apps fault, but if the app says 11-16 minutes and I show up and wait more than 45, I feel like that’s a problem.

I’ve ordered delivery here on the weekends every now and then and felt I had to put this review in! Whether it’s wings, pizza or pasta/Mac & cheese it’s all a good comfort meal with care taken into it, even if it is a company chain don’t forget to tip your drivers!🫶

This place is our go to for pizza! We have yet to have a bad experience, will be back for more!
For what it is they have been great to us. Timely and decent food in a pinch, price is reasonable, they are always welcoming us as we enter the door for pickup. I don't think this is a glamorous experience but it's a well-oiled repeatable experience, a known quantity, and the staff are always working hard behind the counter.
Guy delivered my food late and cold because he was hotboxing his big red Ford SUV instead of dropping off my food on time. I guess they don't get penalized as much for delivering cold food as they do for not coming back to the shop quickly enough, but I'd prefer my food hot and that young man can go get high afterwards.

They got rid of the chicken Alfredo bowl, make custom bowls and option but you can’t add chicken. Corporate must be stupid or not even thinking. Like you offer chicken to add to custom pizzas but not pasta bowls?

I have been ordering from this location for the past 6 years and have gotten nothing but excellent customer service in all areas i.e: On the phone, during delivery and at the checkout counter and excellent quality considering how fast they are
