Worth it. ??The wait time from when i ordered to finish took about 10 - 15 mins. Reasonable wait time.Definitely would come again! ????

I asked for Menudo with pata and they served me it without pata and I told the lady and she sent me a bone and she said it was the one that was detached from the pata. She was very rude because she even asked me before collecting if I wanted it with or without pata. They charge it and they don't give it to you... I would give you a suggestion that you should choose your workers who actually like their work for free and I for one would not return to that place.???

The lady managing the drive-through could not understand my order, so I drove to the window, and I was certain she understood, but then when I received my food I was charged for 3 extra orders of fries.
Been here a couple of times with family and friends. However today I visited with some friends to eat lunch. We ordered and went to choose a table. Everything was alright till we got our food. I ordered a burrito which is well wrapped with foil. Upon opening it and taking a bite, I find hair in it! Actual hair! It was medium length, black, and poking out. My friends noticed and called someone to check it out. They did, however the worker looked at us like it was "us" who somehow planted the hair there. I told them that I didn't want my money back, just a new burrito. They agreed but with such an attitude, like it was my fault somehow. They brought me a new one, but this time it was some guy wearing a hat, I'm assuming a cook or something, and told me this one "didn't have hair" in a passive aggressive way. Again, like it was somehow my fault the hair got there. My friends too didn't like their service they were providing. First they get told they don't have anyone that speaks English and also have to witness hair in food? We didn't even bother to clean up and just up and left. Being the only one who spoke Spanish, on our way out I could hear them laughing and joking about hair being on the food. Very unprofessional and embarrassing to bring new customers here. Last time I'm eating here.

When you guys go eat be careful with the hairs you find in your Food and beware that when you ask for another plate nicely the Cook and Waiters Will be passive aggressive to you along with everyone there.Be careful with the hairs you find in your food and to make them scared when you ask them for another dish, they will visit you with the aggressive manner of all the workers.

Usually Great~but last time WE(MY HUSBAND &I)ordered at drive thru;pretty late;the food wasn't fresh like usual! I RECOMMEND EATING HERE EARLIER IN THE EVENING OR DAY, WE LOVE THE STEAK SOFT ? TACO'S!

Drive thru menu has incorrect pricing. My burrito "rang up" $1 more than what I was prepared to pay. When I mentioned the price was $1 cheaper on the menu, she said it just went up and that was the price. When I explained when you go to the store, you get the price marked. She said if I want it, that's the price. Well, ok, then it should be reflected on the menu. Some of us are on a budget and this is a treat that I have been getting for years, and now I don't want to go back.

Discrimination IS REAL HERE. If you are white, they will overcharge you and keep the difference. When I pointed to the menu, she tried to tell me they haven't changed the menu pricing yet. As I walked away, she put the extra money in their tip jar.
