Went to Red Robin Hollywood restaurant Monday night. waiter was Jessie and he was horrible. After he brought us our dinner, (I had burger and onion rings and hubby had burger and bottomless fries and soda). the waiter LEFT OUR FOOD & NEVER CAME BACK till it was time to pay the bill. NO refill on fries or soda. NO dipping sauce on the Hard Nasty onion rings and No napkins to wipe up drips from burgers. the waiter was horrible and the place was not even very busy. We complained about the lousy service and hardly got I AM SORRzy. we should have gotten our meal free. I will never go back to Red Robin again
I wanted to give a 5-star rating based solely on the food, but unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try it. The issue seemed to stem from the delivery process. When my order arrived via DoorDash, the pizza box was open with a slice hanging out, suggesting that it might have been mishandled during transit.
I believe that when entrusting food delivery to an external service, it's crucial to ensure the packaging is secure. A simple security seal could significantly enhance the safety and integrity of the food. This feedback isn't about the quality of the pizza, which I unfortunately couldn't assess, but rather a constructive suggestion to consider using security seals on your packaging. This small step could make a big difference in ensuring that the food arrives as intended and is safe to consume.

I ordered a 10-in build your own pizza. I order the base as pepperoni with mushrooms and roma tomatoes as additions. No pepperoni. I tried to eat the pizza but it was no good without pepperoni. It cost me $25.88 through doordash delivery. DD compensated me four dollars and I can't eat the Pizza because Pizza isn' t Pizza unless it has pepperoni on it.

Pretty good pizza. I would go back
This was tough. It's pretty good pizza, and I was hungry, but it isnt fifty dollar pizza for darn sure.I created my own pizza - basically their 'meat lovers', minus sausage , plus x cheese, olives, onions, & tomatoes -14" thin crust for $42 and a $6 -16oz prickly pear lemonade. You can get a pizza that size, that good, for $25 or less all over town. For less less than $48 you can get more of the best pizza in town. The 3 stars are only because I love pizza, I was hungry, and it was tasty... But a single slice of 'Schmizza' is as much pizza as this, and tastier, and for a quarter of the price.
Don’t order from here if you value your time. And don’t believe the ETA.
food is fantastic, clean restaurant 😋
