The girl Theresa that works here is absolutely rude and disrespectful and very hateful towards people. Like why even work in customer service if you gave an attitude like that. This is a dottys that's now on the top of the do not go list. Recommend going to anyplace other than here.

It was cool at first but now after 5/8/24 when I won, cashed my ticket out of the slot machine, then went to ATM to cash my $120 something ticket in, the machine accepted my ticket and IMMEDIATELY the machine Malfunctioned with 2 Red Error Messages. I Sreamed, It Took My Ticket. Me and the lady on duty were the only was there. The machine DID NOT dispurse my money!!!!! The worker saw this and wrote down what the machine was showing and called the repair service immediately, they told her they wouldn't come out until later. I called a few hours later only to be told that there was NO ticket found in the machine...That's BS!!! I was told that the repair person came and fixed the machine at 8:45am. The minute the machine was opened, my ticket should have been sitting right there!! The repair person MUST HAVE stolen it. The worker on duty when she called them gave them my name and info and what had happened. She saw me cash out my ticket when I won, and when I went to cash it in at the machine. I go there every week. All the cameras they have inside, they saw what happened. I am PISSED. Still Have Not Got My Money Back. This is the Dotty's Cafe' in Oak Forest, IL. (6070 W. 159th St.)

The bartender was very welcoming and sweet. Nice chill environment to just play games and hang out.
They do not honor their promotions. Horrible experience there (freedom Dr store) They also do not protect you when you play there …from other people that insist on watching you play, threaten you, and make you feel uncomfortable playing , and then follow you to the cashout machine !! I had a huge voucher $1100, as I had won. And i was terrified when he did, My friend with me told her not to let that guy follow me, and she would do NOTHING to help me (found out later she’s apparently friends or possibly dating the guy Mike that was the harasser)do not go there!!
