The dining experience was exceptionally positive. The staff demonstrated attentive service, although the table became somewhat crowded with the abundance of dishes, potentially due to our over ordering. (really wanted to try the whole menu including dessert!)

The noodle plate and soup dumplings were particularly memorable. While we were unable to secure the reserved window-side seating with the view of the riverside due to our late arrival, the restaurant's ambiance was captivating regardless of the seating location. The dishes were well-prepared, flavorful, and enhanced by a touch of soy sauce. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and confidently recommend this spot to those seeking authentic and flavorful Chinese cuisine.

The food lacked flavor and character—it just felt lifeless. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but in this case, it's a public service. You deserve better dumplings.

Don't go there at 3 on a Monday. You still have to sign in to be put on a waitlist...even though it's empty. All the tables surrounding you are un-bussed...super lazy front of house staff...but food was still tasty...though some cold due to service

I was really looking forward to eating here after getting a recommendation from a friend about the view and dumplings. I chose not eat here due to the terrible service. We waited at the entry area for a few minutes and looked at the menu which had no prices listed, strangely. After waiting we then went further in the restaurant to ask for assistance. The restaurant was about half full with open tables and many tables that were not yet cleaned. We spoke to someone who sent us to a machine to check in. The machine said a 56 minute wait. We left. I got a text 20 minutes later stating a table was available. Such a weird experience that made no sense.

We went there on 02/20/25 with party of five people. Spending over $200. When we walked in the waitress said to “go order only but we can sit at the table and eat the food out of boxes” and we were ok with that. We ordered and wait a bout 40mins. We need to use the restroom was out order cuz they don’t have hot water since Sunday like 5 days ago still not fix one of those employees told us. The food came out in to go order. The service putted the food on the table not say a single word and walked away so We had to dig into the bag and Figure out who order was because we have five people, and they were two separate sheet order. We figured out the food by our self no silverware no service come to walk by and ask you do you need anything else? The food was cold and some of the item uncooked ended up through away most of item. I never had such a horrible bad experience like this.

Also adding to this, this is the next day now and my stomach has not been feeling well. Then I found out my daughter stomach was not feeling well last night.

Horrible place and we would never recommend this place to anyone as the food, service, cost and setting was the worst we have seen in a restaurant. If the restrooms are not open they should have been closed and there was fake plants blocking the way for the restrooms.

If I could give a worse star review, I would. Just for our order was 171$ and our friends was $60 to get this quality, I could have went to chart house and had better food, service and the atmosphere would have been well worth it.

We came here from a distance only to be told that we do not have dine in but they let us anyway.
They tell us at the door that their dishwasher is broke since Sunday. You would think they would put this on their website.

After we got the food, we waited longer than 30 minutes, the male waiter just gave us the food and didn't explain anything when there was 2 seperate tickets. We had to go threw everything and found out this was the first parties order and the second party had to wait even longer and they were getting hungry. We didn't recieve any napkins and had to ask. Over all this place went down hill and as I talked this place up, the cucumber salad was mediocre and didn't have much flavor besides the cucumber. Yet they didn't have any restrooms open, so they should not have been open. All in all for 171$ dinner for 3 people, i don't know how much the other 2 people spent it was less than par. Won't return again.

Also the food was cold when we got it and didn't look cooked so we had to cook it at home

This place is so huge and beautiful inside! Set right along the river with floor to ceiling windows, it creates an upscale dining experience or a date night. The food is served family sharing style and comes out as it’s prepared. Everything is delightful and soo flavorful. I’ve been here probably 5 times and each time has been the same for service. Younger staff, that seemed shy and quiet. Not sure agent to serve or seat us, but always polite though. Just absolutely silent, or barely spoke. But that doesn’t ruin the experience at all. I love the atmosphere of the dining experience and will gladly return!

Everything was excellent here. Definitely recommend this restaurant. The dumplings were so delicious. The food is excellent, the service was great and the atmosphere is so cozy and contemporary. There are great views of the water and city lights.
