Annonda made my drink wrong then got an attitude when I brought it up to her. Told me to just drink the one she made. Rolled her eyes at me the whole time I was paying.

Talk to your staff about the way they talk to minors. Let the parents take care of any discipline or corrections needed. Don’t ever talk to my child like that again.

Worst food and over priced. You would be better to eat dog food then at this place and they don't care. Cold nachos and the driest corn bread ever

Dr. Jacks. The Flatbread with Pimento Cheese i give 10 out of 10 stars. The other things i’ve tried here aren’t great.

The cornbread was burnt slightly and a little hard. My kids and my husband like their food however. It's loud here it gave me a even worse headache. The place echo is because of how big it is. I respect the fact that they use eco-friendly utensils though.

The first waitress was old and cool. The second person at the bar who I asked to get a water from is absolutely horrible. Terrible attitude and even worse make up on her face. All I asked for was water and I told you thank you. I did nothing to deserve your poor customer service and bad attitude. I will never go back to Jacks because of the dark haired hippo who was rude to me. Go KINGS!

Not alot of grub options on the menu. Could add more kid friendly food options. And for bigger families that come their isn't much shareable options. Expected more tbh.

Google says open Sunday until 12:30am, but 5:30pm walked out of the game and the place is closed. You’re the only spot around and you can’t stay open an hour or two after the Daytime holiday weekend game?! Come on!

Was there for an event and the menu set up and options are terrible.. There is better options near by

Closed early. Hours are wrong

Chaos! One of the first ten tables in when they opened ( seven minutes late). Settled on picks from a mid menu. Ordered at bar.Can't say no cheese ( my lactose intolerant family was thrilled). Given a pager. 20 minutes later, I go to stand near pick up, only to find they dont have our order and could I please write it down again. 10 more minutes and I walk away with warmish, Carnival cruise line level food. The workers were nice, but when 18% is the minimum tip shown and I have to write my order down, carry it, and clean the table.
Never again.
