What a joke. Such a great location and, but what an absolute clown show. I counted at least 12 people standing around in the “restaurant “ and we had to figure out how to order, where to go look for drinks, and retrieve what we ordered. Yet they request a 18% tip. We haven’t spoken to a human yet. Food was atrocious, service is non existent, bathroom is filthy, but security is top notch. Look for somewhere else to eat or eat in mods center. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! This place should be ashamed of itself. As far as the menu, there was 6 things, and what we got looked like frozen food reheated.

This is literally just a concession stand but infinitely less convenient. If you get to a game early, it’s a better use of your time to sit in your car until the stadium doors open and just eat there. At least when you eat at Moda you can get your food relatively quickly. Here, you are sitting down as if you’re going to get table side service, but the food is really really slow to get out, and you have to wait in lines to get any help. This is the type of place which shows that corporate attempts at “cutting edge dining options” are not only worse than the traditional methods, but are actively infuriating too. Staff is doing the best they can with what they have, and it seems like they understand how inefficient the setup at their workplace is. Do not blame the wait staff for this, they are the only reason this review is 2 and not 1 star. Food is concession fare and no better. The menu is abysmally small.

Dr. Jack Ramsey would roll over in his grave if he knew how this place was being run. I went there with my wife last night and was looking forward to watching the Blazers home game on one of their many TVs. This is the first time that I've been to the Rose Quarter without a game ticket and wanting to watch the game at a convenient sports bar next door with hopefully some Blazers enthusiasm.

Not one of their 20+ TVs had the game on! When I asked about this I was told that they don't put the game on TV during the weekdays, but they do on weekends because they are opened later. They were trying to close up by 8pm. I just don't understand that if you call yourself Dr. Jacks, are next door to where the Blazers are playing, have Portland Trailblazer everything in your establishment, that you wouldn't even have one TV showing the game! While I get that they want to close by 8pm, wouldn't it still be a nice courtesy to the fans that are still there enjoying a drink or finishing their food, to allow the game to be on. They can still let their customers know that everything shuts down at 8pm, which coincidentally is at halftime.

The only reason why a place like this survives is because of its location for people getting to the game early. They wouldn't make it anywhere else outside of the Rose Quarter. You don't really have to improve your business much when people continue to show up every game because there are no other options. Reminds me of other businesses that have you captive and can get away with anything and are yet still lucky enough to have traffic every night. Actually it's like a glorified concession stand that hopefully paid Jack Ramsey's family to use his name. He wouldn't be proud.

I was served 2 orders of raw wings. We were told the manager was too busy so we left our number and the manager never called. I didn't get new food or a refund which was pretty upsetting considering how much I paid for everything.

We ordered our food. It took a long time to get mine and my cousin’s took even longer even though she ordered before me. We got harassed by the security guard. We were drinking non alcoholic beverages and he threw my cousin’s pop out dramatically.
When we asked for a refund it took them a long time to refund us. We told them the security guard was rude to us and they said they are not affiliated with us. The security guard threatened that we could not go to the concert.

Our first time trying in this place and I order a nacho and what do you expect what kind of nacho it is? They gave me a nacho that’s full of kettle chips and whatever other stuff in it doesn’t even look like nacho don’t taste like it. I also ordered a pizza and they’re nothing like pizza and the cheese taste like freaking burnt rubber

Why is this place always closed during weekend events.. would love to go to this place before a concert.. bad management... I feel they're missing out on a lot of business...

Great place to hang out before a concert at Moda Center. The food menu is limited, but does come with vegetarian items and is not that bad. Pretty big drink menu ( beer, wine, cider and alcohol - no mixed drinks) and the service is freaking fast. The place is also very clean and you can order from the table via QR code. It is a bit loud, but a great place to hang out before an event at Moda. Cheers Dr. Jack and thanks for a great time!

Sign outside and website says "Open" but the staff was playing ping pong instead before the Winterhawks play in the playoffs. Doesn't make any sense.

Mediocre! The food was an ultimate let down. Don't come here for a meal, only a snack at a meal price.

It's cafeteria food with a nice atmosphere. The hard cider was ok. The beer was watery. You order via QR code and the food is brought to the table. It's a very limited menu. Less than 10 items. Which would be OK, if they were good. Next time we visit Moda we are going to the place across the way...10 Barrel.

This place is the only place to go before events at the Moda Center or Memorial Coliseum. They have a great open air concept, with tables inside and outside. Live music, all ages are welcome.Food is pub style, drinks are bar drinks, prices are what I expected, high. The weather wasn’t great when we were down here, but we still had a fun time, enjoyed the music and people watching.
