Potsticker sauce was gross. Vinegar and soy sauce with vinegar the main taste. Staff except 1 was borderline rude, like patrons are serving them. Zero engagement. Nice setting, the staff not so much.

Always good!!!
Very friendly service. It’s of good hopes while serving the food.
Food was awesome! Absolutely recommend this place. It was very clean as well. Dishes are generous and easy to share with family and friends.
Tried this place as our old Chinese place is shut down. Authentic is an understatement with Duck House. Reminded me of the Chinese dining we had growing up in San Francisco.
I have always known that my mixed children might face discrimination in their lives, but I never expected it to happen at such a young age, especially at a place we’ve supported many times before.
We have ordered takeout from this restaurant numerous times and genuinely enjoyed the food, so we decided to dine in for the first time. After checking in on the iPad, we were #2 on the waitlist. Within minutes, the list cleared, and we were next in line to be seated.
A white couple arrived and checked in after us. About five minutes later, a young male waiter approached them and offered them a choice of seating, eventually seating them by the window. At this point, we still had not been called. Moments later, I received a notification that our table was ready, yet the waiter claimed he had called my name multiple times, even though my family and I had been standing there the entire time.
I asked him why we were seated after people who had arrived later, but no reasonable explanation was given. Feeling hurt and embarrassed, we decided to leave.
I had previously enjoyed the food here, but after this experience, I will never go back. Business and just people in general should treat all with fairness and respect, regardless of race or background. I am definitely going to contact BOLI and report this.
Went here few months ago. Figured with a name Duck House they must specialize in duck. I wanted duck so asked the server can I get some duck. He told me they don’t have it. Rest of the food was okay but I was pretty disappointed NO DUCK.
Hyped this place up after one visit, my bad 😔. Shrimp dry pot & sesame chicken were 🔥, but salt & pepper prawns were a salt lick 🧂. Combo fried rice? Solid wok hei. Ginger lemon drop cocktail? 💯. Staff chat by the bar, ignore diners, & the women’s restroom was nasty 🚻. No hostess, spotty service. 6/10, won’t return. 😞

Delicious lunch stop before our matinee play. We don’t have many Chinese food options near where we live, so we were so excited to eat here! Got sweet and sour chicken as well as cashew prawns. Fast and polite service, clean restaurant, good meal overall!
Our food and service was great, we definitely want to stop by again to try the dumplings next time we’re in town.
