Staff is always very nice and my drinks are always yummy! Drive thru line gets long sometimes but they seem to be on top of things and I’ve never waited super long. The location is unfortunate though, not an amazing spot!
Excellent service a customer in front of me was giving workers a hard time. The guy ran out in the pouring rain wind a whipping took our order snd came back out and brought us our drinks before even paying it was on Sunday evening June 2 i did not get his name but he should get praised for his value on his customer service skills way to go Dutch team and thank you for making a great experience it is hard to find people that value customers like that these days
After a frustrating day at the airport, i came here and the barista that helped me, Laura, was extremely nice and friendly. Really turned my mood around to be treated so kindly after such a long day of delays. I did notice some other baristas were goofing off in the back, that did not seem very professional to me. I could not get their names as they were too busy giggling over each other, but my drink was made perfectly by the one barista. I say give her a raise! Working harder...
