I waited 10 minutes all to keep getting ignored. The person attending to the drive up line came around asked if I ordered i said no and he told me to have a good day and walked away then asked the person behind me if they were ready to order after bring ignored by every one inside the booth

They are nice people who are understaffed. There have been at least four times in the last couple weeks when I have ordered using the mobile app and get there 20 minutes to a half an hour later in the drink hasn’t been started and I don’t have time to wait for it to be made. They’re always really apologetic about it, but I also don’t like paying for something I don’t actually get to consume.

The people work here on aug 24 @3:40pm were so rude to a customer by straight ignoring for over 10 mins and they knew he was there for a while cause they kept looking over at him. They didn’t greet him or say it’s just will be one minute. They didn’t say anything but look at him with a face like they hated their job and didn’t want to be here. That was one of the worst customer service I ever seen. They should be ashamed of themselves. It seems like it’s time to let go of the employees that don’t enjoy their job anymore and get employees that enjoy working there and make customers want to come back. cause after what I seen I didn’t even order anything I just left and I won’t be coming back. management step your game up.

I am a Dutch girlie to the fullest and the girls at this Dutch are typically great.. but today was all guys and one girl I wanted to ditch the long drive line and did the walk up. Stood there for 5 dang minutes and they said nothing to me.. looked at me but never acknowledged me. This was not a Dutch experience I’ve had before. I left!

Great drinks for a treat for the whole family!! Don't let the long lines fool you, they are quick and efficient so it doesn't take long. Sticker drop days are when the lines are longest but they still crank customers through like a well oiled machine.
