They are nice people who are understaffed. There have been at least four times in the last couple weeks when I have ordered using the mobile app and get there 20 minutes to a half an hour later in the drink hasn’t been started and I don’t have time to wait for it to be made. They’re always really apologetic about it, but I also don’t like paying for something I don’t actually get to consume.
Great drinks for a treat for the whole family!! Don't let the long lines fool you, they are quick and efficient so it doesn't take long. Sticker drop days are when the lines are longest but they still crank customers through like a well oiled machine.
Hands down best Dutch Bros I’ve ever been 2! I didn’t know what to order and the runner outside Nicole was super helpful with recommending me a tasty drink! Not only that my drink was even ran out to me before getting up to the window! I will be coming back for more!
