9/18 I’ve never had a Dutch worker look me in the face while waiting to be served and walk away as if they were trying to avoid me. Same worker almost gave me a drink that belonged to someone else entirely. Cheers to the server who noticed and comp’d me a drink.

I originally inadvertently rated Dutch Brothers 1 star. Not sure what happened there. They have a fully customizable menu, friendly car hop style drive through and plenty of options! It'd recommend. One suggestion though: can you make a size of hot and cold coffee/drinks larger than your current large? ?
DO NOT GET A GIFT CARD FROM THIS Dutch Bros!!!! I JUST GOT SCAMMED!!! I bought a gift card this morning as a gift for a coworker. The person that sold me the card was named Wanjiku N. My coworker went to use it in the app and it said there was no money on the card?!?! I went back to the same Dutch and they were SOOO rude!!! I gave them the receipt and the card that THEY gave me! They said the numbers did not match what was on the card?!?! They said there was nothing I could do but contact customer service, which they don’t answer! So I’m basically out of luck!!! So they just stole $50 from me! I’ve NEVER had this happen to me before!!!

Ordered 2 coffee's. one was a Americano turned out to be a cup of super bitter black coffee, also ordered a cold golden eagle freeze and it was all form from bottom of machine. Terrible as we go there sometime because its close to our house but, worth it to go on over to Starbucks.
