Friendly and helpful. The coffee blends lack actual coffee though it's like drinking only the creamer which is losing the whole point of coffee. I'm not sure if they're trying to save $$ but cutting out the coffee in their drinks, but unfortunately I notice

Went to the walk up window to order a simple mocha freeze. Window opens after a few minutes of waiting to instantaneous, you are gonna have to wait until we finish up all the cars we do everything in order. There were nine cars or more in the drive up window. If that is the case why even have a walk up window. Rude service to a super long wait from a obviously annoyed employee for a simple drink. I said no thanks and left. Personally I would take your buisness to another coffee establishment.

9/18 I’ve never had a Dutch worker look me in the face while waiting to be served and walk away as if they were trying to avoid me. Same worker almost gave me a drink that belonged to someone else entirely. Cheers to the server who noticed and comp’d me a drink.
