With how busy this spot gets and how many people they serve daily, the staff is always in a good mood! I’ve been coming to this location for over 6 years and have never been disappointed with anything. I forgot the baristas names but the blonde lady with glasses, the light skin woman and a few others always my order memorized. 10/10

I stood at the walk-up window for nearly 10 minutes while not even one person acknowledged me, yet I saw three different people make eye contact with me and not say a word. I left without ordering because I was going to be late for work.
8:09 PM and they have a sign blocking the entrance and the employee's (assumed) car blocking the entrance to order. They close way before 10PM. Update your hours please
