I got a hand blended rebel , I asked for layered soft and I said EXTRA SOFT TOP THEY CHARGED me $1.50 when I got my drink it only had a little bit . Not what I payed for .Why are Y’ALL going to charge me for something you’d didn’t give me .So I asked for a cup of soft top got charged $1 which is stupid bc I had already payed $1.50! That was their mistake . Not coming back again!

3 days in a row this place has gotten my order wrong now. That is 24 bucks of my money that I wasted on a product I did not use or enjoy. Maybe its time to stop your pre tip culture. Because overall you guys are falling to earn a tip. Also clean the damn spoons before you use them in other drinks. That is gross and unprofessional. Never will I return to this booth. Y'all are nasty.

The coffee is fine, the smoothies are fine, but I refuse to spend my money at any business that are colonizers. Due to the owner of Dutch Bros. desire and attempts to open up non-indian gambling facilities off of and not owned my the Indian reservations. The reservations use the casinos as their main source of income. They pay their tribal enrollees dividends with this money and they use casino profits to help fund other tribal entities. Do what your heart tells you but no colonizer coffee for me.
