We came on Saturday so they had some live music. I LOVE there is a small charge for that. Let's pay the players. As a true Southerner relocated to PNW -- hands down best Shrimp and Grits in town. I ate a dozen oysters myself (3 different kinds) all fresh and amazing. Me and my family will be back.

Had been looking forward to eating and drinking here but unfortunately we never got the chance. It was self seating when we went so we grabbed a table and a menu. Had to wait 15-20 minutes before anyone came to greet us and take our drink order, and then we waited another 15-20 for the drinks to arrive but they never did. I went up to the bar to check on them, to learn that they’d been forgotten about/mistakenly put in the “already done”-pile.
In all this time several staff had passed our table and served people who came in after us. The place was less than half empty; maybe 12 guests in total, with three or four people working.
Might’ve been an unlucky day for us, but we won’t be giving EaT another chance. We ended up going to another bar down the street and we had our drinks within 5 minutes and our food within 10 min of the drinks. This bar had more guests than EaT, with a staff of two; a waiter and a bartender.

The oysters are so fresh and so delicious!! Tge oyster po boy was soooooo good I literally ate every last bite, even though I was already full. The oyster shooters were so good, I literally dream about them and can’t wait to go back!!! The service was fast and our server was so nice and attentive.

I want to give this place 4 out of 5 stars, but I just cant. I went there with 2 friends to celebrate and we got the raw oysters, frog legs, fried chicken (x2) and Jambalaya. The 2 of us who ate the raw oysters got extremely sick. We at there Saturday night and by Sunday night we were puking and more. It's now Wednesday and we are still sick. Headache, fever, chills, stomach cramps, throwing up, nauseous, and other stomach problems. This is by far the worst food posiening I have ever had. A complete night mare. If you decide to eat here. Please stay away from the oysters. This pain is not worth it.
Best place to get oysters in the half shell in

We had never been to an oyster bar before and took this as our opportunity to hop in and get our feet wet. The staff, bartender, and the waiter were nothing but helpful, attentive and positive. To be honest we were kind of needy, asking a lot of questions of what to do and how to do certain things in regards to the menu and certain oysters. Rather than get frustrated or blow us off our waiter threw every answer at us with a smile and we ordered everything he suggested. We got 12 oysters on a half shell that came with a variety of sauces. There were four different kinds and as noobs to the space it felt really cool to immediately taste the differences between them and become knowledgeable. We then tried baked clams which we preferred. There was another order of the baked Mac n Cheese which was suuuuper good. It had shellfish in it, bacon, and Parmesan. Basically all the best the Mac n Cheese should have. We got a lemon drop as well and from the food to the drinks everything was top notch. We have a list we put together for places we want to return to and will and this made that list. I think you should come here at least once and try it. The prices are fair and they deserve it.

This place is pretty awesome. Obviously, only go if you're willing to spend a little money, but what you get is really good. The baked oysters are rarely chewy, all the shooters are deliciously proportioned (if you like alcohol), and there isn't sand in the half shells. It meets the bare minimum standard and goes beyond it. They also have a membership if you like to go often, which offers a dozen free oysters per month, for $100. Cheers

This has to be some of the foulest food I’ve ever tasted.

We ordered oysters, Mac n cheese, shrimp, gumbo, and drinks. Most of the food was super bland, which was surprising for a Cajun themed place. The oysters were good and the service was alright.
