There are a lot of “bowl” places in Portland, but Eat Well stands out to me. The flavor profile was more complex and felt much more interesting than the average healthy bowl I’ve had. Nice portion size too. (I had the Island Bowl with jackfruit.)

Eat Well is, without a doubt, my favorite food cart in Portland. The food is always served promptly, using fresh, healthy ingredients that make each dish both delicious and nourishing. My top pick is the Island Bowl, followed closely by the Green Machine. Each bite is a burst of flavor and vitality!

Really delicious food that makes you feel good. It can be a little pricey but the portions you get are pretty big. One bowl might last me for two meals unless I'm really hungry. So far I've only tried the Green Machine and the Samurai bowl, with chicken and/or beef. I want to try some of the others but these two are so good I just haven't yet.

This is my favorite food cart at the Barely Pod. I always get the Samurai bowl with Jackfruit, but decided to try the tofu. The "tofu (vegan feta style)" was a very sour and garlicy watery cottage cheese looking substance. Very unsatisfying (which is the nice way of saying totally gross), would have hands down preferred actual cooked tofu! Still one of my fav spots though!!!

It is very delicious! If you’ve ever been to a Whole Bowl location or the Mighty Bowl in Vancouver, this place is very similar. It’s a little pricey but compared to other places, you get a lot more food and there’s more protein options than other places!

I've been eating here since they opened. Absolutely stellar experience with the owner/operator, Richie, every everytime. The bowls are more delicious, perfectly portioned, and gigantic than they have any right being. They've always been mindful and accommodating to any dietary preference. I love all the sauces, but do yourself a favor and try the hot beet one. Oh, and get the jackfruit.

Vegetarian options: The jackfruit option is outstanding
