Placed an order on Saturday 9/6. Went to get my food but found the placed closed with a sign on the door saying not enough staff to open. They still charged my card, and when I called to ask for a refund they said I have to come into the store to request that.

I go to this Einstein on a regular basis. Service is meh, at best. I always have to ask for napkins and knives when I get a box of bagels and I always seem to have to ask for coffee cups/cream when I buy a box of coffee. Customer service is just not part of the culture. Last time I bought a box of bagels the kid behind the counter didn't even give me the right number of bagels... And didn't even say sorry when I had to go back and ask him to recount.

Service is okay, but there was no schmeer on my bagel sandwiches last trip. I eat here often, but check your order. Watch for the brisket, dry, or just poor quality. Just disappointed with all sandwiches. If you just want a bagel, they are awesome. They just don't do much else very well.
I ordered 1 strawberry cream cheese strudel. Priced at $ 2.99. Cashier rang it up and said $3.19. I said the sign says 2.99. They wanted argue and continued to tell me 3.19. I said we'll ill take the one in the cabinet priced at 2.99. I could tell they were clearly upset for me calling them out on price. They then had a manager come over adjust price to $2.87. I didn't need a discount only the item for priced marked. They then never said anything but then threw the .13 cents on the counter towards me In a very rude manner. That clearly mad me upset and felt very disrespected. I will never return to this establishment because of this extremely rude and entitled behavior.

Came in with my wife for the first time thinking the local bagel place looked nice. Unfortunately we were met with a different encounter. Food was good, coffee was good but the order was incorrect and the ladies in the back were VERY obviously not in a good mood. 1 Caucasian lady was yelling about not having enough eggs, and not having the correct bagels. The other in black met us with glares.(potentially manager?) Bummer because the food was good despite the order being wrong for our drinks. But the person who took our order seemed nice and honestly they seemed scared of the other 2 employees. One in which was wearing black and was telling her to clean the floors. Overall bad vibes but good food. Will not be returning due to being so uncomfortable with the unhappy workers. And I feel bad for the one who took our order. They looked very stressed and frightened by the others.
