I was waiting for food from another cart and decided to try one of their chorizo street tacos. It was absolutely the best taco I have had in Portland.

The nachos were crisp and cheesy.
Staff were attentive without hovering.
Their desserts taste homemade and comforting.
The atmosphere was bright and lively.
Great spot with other options nearby. Nice tacos and jarritos.
This place is complete trash. I ordered three street tacos: chicken, steak and pork. The steak and chicken were both ground meats. A steak taco shouldn't beef ground beef…
Anyways I then ordered salsa which was NOT salsa. It was long jalapeños with carrots.
The tacos should cost $4 each x 3= $12 the chips and GUAC were $8 so my salsa should have been right around that price as well. My grand total came to $31???? The guy working the cart gave himself a huge tip as soon as I tapped to pay so by that point it was too late. Between getting completely ripped off to having the most flavorless and dry tacos, I don’t know how this place stays open.
Please do your tastebuds and wallet a favor and don’t waste your time eating here.

Too expensive, burrito hardly had any meat
They didn’t have any vegan options on the menu like on the picture posted here years ago. They only had a small note at the corner saying to ask about the vegan options at the counter. When I asked the guy said they only had soy chorizo or mushroom burritos. I ordered the soy chorizo burrito and he asked if cheese and sour cream were okay. I said no. The burrito contained rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and the “soy chorizo” which was honestly not like any kind I’ve ever had before. It really did seem like meat. I ate it because I was literally so hungry I was dizzy, but after my stomach felt iffy. I hate going to omnivore kitchens wondering if what I was served was actually vegan or not and this was one of those times. Especially considering Mexican rice and beans are typically made with lard and broth, I was left wondering if that was made vegan too. It seems they don’t really know the definition of vegan, especially since they asked if sour cream and cheese was okay. I’m not coming back, because I’d rather support restaurants that are all vegan or at least have knowledge of what the term means.
The soyrizo tacos are great there are also churros and horchata in the cart next door that they own.

A whole vegan menu on top of the standard one! I really appreciate that. Pretty good food in general! Super burritos are worth every dollar, tons of food and good quality. Doesn't get enough credit.

Insultingly high prices.
Cart food should NEVER be more expensive than a restaurant.

It was okay. Cartopia is always a nice time, but as a vegetarian this cart was just kind of mid for me.

These people put iceberg lettuce in their burrito. Very bland. Very little meat. Will never eat there again. You shouldnt either.
