This was one of the better meals my husband and I enjoyed while visiting Portland. The walls are covered in Mexican art. There are plenty of tables and a nice bar to sit at. The food was delicious but not gigantic portions. My husband ordered the street tacos from the happy hour menu. The chicken inside the tortilla was as delicious and seasoned perfectly. He also had tortilla chips and salsa which you had to pay for separately. I had the Carnitas plate with beans and a salad- Very tasty and the Carnitas were very moist. The staff wasn't overly friendly but the food made up for it! tried the Cadillac margarita it was a little weak. Feeling like Mexican? Definitely give this place a go.

We were in town for the NCAA Women's Tournament and were excited to find a place within walking distance of our hotel; when we were sat we were the only party in the restaurant but it took almost 15 minutes to be brought water and we never received silverware or napkins, even after asking our server multiple times for either to be brought out. We had water spilled and it took a long time get napkins to clean up the spill, and then the staff couldn't be bothered to take the dirty napkins or cup from our table for the duration of dinner. The food was really good, which almost makes up for the service, so I'd definitely give it a try again but hope you get a better service experience than we did.

Place was clean with nice decor. Food was amazing , we had queso birria tacos and a carne asada taco salad , have to give it 10/10. Prices are reasonable and tacos alone were very filling. I gave this place a 5 but if I could it would be a 4.5, service was not the best. Waitress not the friendliest .

I am so disappointed after reading the reviews on this new Portland Mexican restaurant. I went for dinner and asked for a dry white wine, they showed me 2 bottles of red wine. I emphasized that I wanted white but they didn't respond so I ordered a margarita which was ok but not great. I had the shrimp ceviche which was good but when it came time for dessert it wasn't offered so I left and went to my neighborhood bar for dessert. I won't go back.

Delicious queso birria with consume.. they absolutely crushed it when it came to flavors! I ended up drinking a fantastic drink! Tamarindo liqueur, tamarindo soda, and some delicious chamoy with tajin. The service was attentive and the place was spotless! I know people say it's empty, but that doesn't always mean it's terrible! Give it a shot and get some birria!

On a trip from California and was looking for good Mexican food and stumbled across this place. Very good food and customer service . Quesabirrias and asada nachos were tasty. The drinks were good as well , definitely recommend.

I went here in a work day during lunch. There's plenty of seating, the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are super helpful. I had the Carne asada plate and it was one of the best I've ever had. Our order arrived pretty quick and all the food was delicious. Go here!

Cute spot with a vegan section on their menu and yummy cocktails. I was very happy with my burrito bowl, the tofu was absolutely delicious. I got the tofu a la mexicana and my partner got the tofu al pastor. We were both very satisfied! Worth checking out if you’re vegan or vegetarian.

So bomb. A coworker tried this place and loved it. The next week our whole office ordered and now we’ve ordered three weeks in a row since it’s so good. The people working there are always nice, the esthetic is cute, and our to go orders are always correct!

Basic American Mexican food. The pictures on yelp are done very well but in person it is definitely not as impressive. We sat next to the window, a homeless guy came up and flipped off my 9 and 6 year old daughter's while we were eating. I feel sorry for these businesses that have to deal with this. The restaurant was empty.
