Ordered Boo Bucket Happy Meals via the McDonalds app. The Boo Bucket was clear and specific on the app. Did not receive the buckets. McDonald’s is blaming DoorDash. Doordash did not pull the order and fill the bag!
Past three months the food quality has been terrible. 8th time ordering and having a terrible experience, even though prior I've had good experiences with the place. Now it's a normality to recieve undercooked food, fries that are so soggy that they mold together, not putting sauces inside foods/the bag. The last straw was getting a meal tonight. I bought a sprite to which something fell over and knocked it almost onto my PC, which wasn't anyone's fault, but got me really upset. So I got to my fries just to find out that they're undercooked with a weird unsavory crunch to them. Like, the crunch of a potato, not the crunch of crispy goodness. Would NOT recommend this McDonald's to anyone here, just go across the river if you want a good McDonald's experience. Whoever they had hired recently, clearly does not care about their job or other people's days.
Got the $7 bigger of the two sizes of elotes. Like, valentina, queso and tajin options with the boiled corn. It was good but next time I will ask for 2 layers of the topping so there is enough to mix into the whole cup, I waited till halfway to mix the rest of the cup. Hit the spot still. Thank you!

The guy who was taking orders this morning of January 11th, and he also was taking the payment in the drive-thru. He is so freaking rude! We waited almost 10 mins for him to take our order, as he was helping other cars! Then when we went to the payment window, he was extremely rude there too. He was HIGH! You need better workers!

Was very disrespected by one of there employees by the name of Antonio on 01/05/2021 at 6:01pm . They Accidentally charge me the wrong order witch is fine Accidient happen . My order was 7 dollars an charged me for. 42 dollar order I realized this when I got to window to get my food . I let the girl at the window know she was polite about it as was I . She went an gave my receipt to Antonio who immediately had a bad reaction to her witch I observed he proceeds over to me at the window an tells me he is not serving me my food an only giving me money back witch I don’t understand because it wasn’t my fault the charged me the wrong order he was very disrespectful during the transaction I would’ve been fine with them just reimbursing me the difference. This was honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever had an I will no longer eat here an I will tell everyone to not go there either . I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid . You have lost a loyal customer
Terrible service. Out of food, long wait in drive through and window person didn’t understand English. I’m not going by back.
Ask for no salt on your fries and you will get them fresh! :-)
