We love this dive of a restaurant. It's nothing fancy, but the food is always good and service is excellent.Parking: Plenty of open parkingKid-friendliness: Good kids menu options!

Can you bring back the old salsa and enchilada sauce? I want to love El Indio still but now I’m just sad that I don’t want to go anymore.

I tried this place for the first time about 4 years ago after moving to the area. I've been a regular customer since. The food is great. Love their refried beans and their tortilla chips. I can always count on them for continued food quality and taste.

I've had a decent burrito here in the past and this time tried the fajitas but was very disappointed. I think the onions and peppers were frozen then sauteed and the pieces of chicken had a red seasoning on it (not grilled but added to vegetables), overall it was very bland. In my sister in laws pollo ala creme it looked like the onions were also previously frozen, not fresh. The refried beans are very good.

We used to really enjoy El Indio. The past year or so the food quality has dropped. My cheese and onion enchiladas were not even cooked last time. We took them home and cooked them the next day. The good bar tender must have moved on. The short lady gives terrible service, if any at all. Then to top it off we have new new menus where the prices have gone up $2-$3 per meal. We won't be returning. It is a matter of time for this place.

I Had the chicken and shrimp fajitas. The taste was pretty great, but the ratios were way off in my opinion. There was wayyy to much onions and very large cut mushrooms. Barely any chicken, 1 tiny scoop of rice and beans (which were sooo yummy) and 5 very large shrimp. The plate also does not come with tortillas, but they do give you chips and salsa so i used the chips to tie it all together. The platter was very big and could easily feed 2 so the price is good.I will eat here again. Hopefully in the future they change the ratio on this dish to more chicken, rice and beans, and less onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers.

We were super excited to try this place. Turns out it was just awful. No exaggeration, this was the worst Mexican food we have ever had. The pork was so tough I couldn't even chew it. The beef tasted funny. And the salsa tasted like pasta sauce. The fact that it was so dead should have been our first tip off. And somehow despite being dead it still took forever for them to get around to serving us. It's pretty cute inside but even that is ruined a little by how loud the music was. We had high hopes for this place but unfortunately will not be going back.
