This is my favorite place for a burrito and it’s not even close. The people who run it are friendly, the burrito is huge, and they don’t skimp on the meat. The ingredients are fresh and delicious and the salsas are hot and wonderful. If it were closer to my house I would be there all the time. But it’s good enough that I don’t mind driving 30 minutes from time to time. Brought my wife and kid here today and they both loved it. We also tried a Cabeza taco and it was the best I’ve ever had.
Just saw a one star review someone left a week ago and that person is out of their mind. They have no taste. Ignore them. This place is wonderful.

Stephanie A is a weird hater, her review makes no sense. What's the difference between a taco truck and a food cart??? Haven't left a review yet and thought I had so here we are. Literally the greatest tacos I have ever had in 35 years living in Portland. Excellent homemade tortillas and the green sauce is stupidly good. All the meats are exceptional.

Food is always fresh and yummy! I have severe food sensitivities and here is the only place other than my own home cooking that I can eat, so I know is excellent quality and specially fresh! They even make their own tortillas. My favorites are carnitas chingon bowl , asada pambazo, and tongue or cabeza tacos.

1st it’s a taco truck with limited outside seating in a parking lot (not a food cart or restaurant) half a street over from busy hwy 8.
2nd we spent $36 on tacos and left hungry, they were not exceptional tacos! Carne was dry, carnitas was ok, the Al pastor the best but not mind blowing. Not much to them, definitely not worth $4 each.
Whatever we got did not look like these pics or sound like these reviews!

THIS is the place, THESE are the people who make my favorite favorite favorite tacos in the entire city. Incredibly fresh… you taste every ingredient, all the love they put into each part of making their delicious tacos. And their tacos are packed with the LOVE! The tiny hand cut pineapple pieces in their juicy (not greasy) al pastor, the scrumptious, delicate filets of their fish tacos, the matchstick radish sprinkles gently pickled, perfectly seasoned carne asada that tastes like nom-nom bomb steak bites wrapped in the most fragrant, soft corn tortillas… incredible facets of flavor! please don’t miss the homemade green and red salsas.
I’ve been here at least a dozen times, and never ventured on to their burrito options because the tacos are perfection. Also, their side of black beans are super clean and tasty -i usually take those to go, saving for later with tortilla chips and their salsa! The outdoor seating is limited, however, there always seems to be an open spot to sit and enjoy.
As exceptional these taco plates are, it’s the PEOPLE🌟 who create all of this with their warmth and beautiful kindness who shine the brightest. Thank you + Thank you, El Mas Chingon!!! 💕

Excellent taco truck! Kids cheese quesadilla was a hit. The breakfast burrito bowl was delicious and huge. My husband said that the tacos were the best he’s had in years. Couple small tables under an awning. It was a nice day so we ate outside. Easy stop on the way home from the zoo. Highly recommend.

Torta ⭐⭐⭐✨ - I think not for me because of the ham - really crispy though and huge portion size - really filling, nothing was overpowering the taste of the other, well balanced

Excellent food, high quality and efficient service with a warm smile, and great veggie options. The salsas are fantastic and they have a great ability to appeal to both American and Latino cultures. It is a food truck to seating is outdoors and bathrooms are at the gas station but other than that will definitely be coming here again.

We come here almost every weekend to get the chingon torta. The portions are so huge my husband and I can split one and feel pretty full off that. It’s PACKED! And cooked and put together so well!!!! I’ve ordered the breakfast burrito too and it’s just as generous with the portions. Honestly such a good value considering how much you’re getting and delicious to boot. I’ve found it challenging to find truly tasty and authentic Mexican food here and this place has it in spades!
