Still on the hunt for good Mexican food. Our random travels brought us to El Palmar. It was completely empty on Sunday afternoon. The woman who sat us was very nice, but we did have to ask for lemons twice (what is it with OR and lemons? Are we the weird ones?) The chips were fresh and the salsa was good. Not spicy at all. Well this place is big! The only reason why we went here is because our friends invited us to go eat sushi and my husband hates sushi. So he didn't eat anything and this place was close to the sushi place. My husband got some tacos and a soda. A little bit on the pricier side and not really worth the price, we'd had better. So let me start by saying they got my order wrong. I got the wrong filling in my enchilada. Not an issuer for me. I over ordered as I generally do so not a big deal. The beans were rich and dark and the Chile relleno was really tasty I loved the batter.Chips and Salsa tasty as well. The service was slow but what did me and the wife have to do....?
