These burritos are so good! I’ve only been twice in the past year but I think about them a lot more often. Super flavorful, balanced fillings, grilled tortillas, and excellent salsas. Not to mention really friendly service with everyone there, every time. Convenient to anywhere along NE Columbia/Sandy but worth going well out of your way for.
Delicious! Highly recommend! All fresh ingredients; 1st time, tried pastor tacos, chicken bowl and veggie tacos no dairy…even the vegan was pleased! 5 stars across the board, well…the vegan was all like, “it’s a parking lot so can you really give it 5 stars?”

I've tried most everything at El y u c a t e c o food cart. And to this day I have never once been disappointed. The quality and quantity and service is probably nowhere else to be found in Portland period or even further than that. Manuel and his wife really make a great team and they certainly know how to hire team members to work for them that are exceptionally Pleasant.
