I love Elephants and was excited to try this location. However, the soup was oily and the cookie, too. I order these items all the time at two other locations with no problems, but here they were oddly oily/greasy and it ruined the flavor.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich. This place seems convenient. But I’m concerned about food safety- I saw bare hands touch my sandwich multiple times and by different people. Is there a glove protocol here? A hand washing protocol?

Food was ok, but the service was poor. The employees were more interested in chatting with each other than waiting on customers. Watched my food sit getting cold until I said something. Had to ask for a bag for my to go order.

Is there a manager here? Just wondering who’s running the show. There are people accepting orders at the cook station, then there people taking orders at the coffee bar. When I go to order at the cook station, I’m told to go to the coffee bar to order even though I just watched three other people order. Go to the coffee bar, And then they start taking orders back at the station. I never got to order so I just left. Please make up your mind and stick to it. This place has done this multiple times. I order there like twice a week and it’s always a show. Never well done.

I had to deduct a star when I found out today that half of the upstairs room is closing permanently. This has been my go to destination for group meetings (and yes, we bought drinks and food each time). I’m bummed I’ll have to find a new place.

Cashier was less than helpful. Whe chefs would call order up, no one would even respond. Sandwiches had almost no meat, and covered just a portion on the bread as did the cheese. Wasn't very flavorful. Order came out sporadically. Eventually having to go and ask if the other order was ready and the person didn't even respond. Very disappointed.
Worst Tuna melt I've ever had, one slice of cheese and that was thicker than the spoon full of Tuna inside. Lots of helpful staff and an amazing selection of fresh foods, even pizza slices. Very Clean, just a horrible sandwich.
Vegetarian options: This place has massive selections.
